Light slowly lits up, showing a girl who was tying her hair.
By the look of it, she seems happy doing it.
"Oh shoot!, am late", Wendy gasped while staring at the wrist watch.
She quickly got prepared and dashed out of the room.
Downstairs
"Care for breakfast?", Zane the betaof the park asked.
Wendy shook her head while rushing out. "Sorry Zane, next time". Then she was out.
Few minutes later, she arrived at the company.
" Easy girl, easy". Henry said as he chuckled.
'sigh'. "Do you know what they call stuff like this?", she asked.
"Distraction", she muttered as she glared at the assistant. "Go away, Henry".
The door click open as someone gave them an information.
"Let's go".
"Get going, I'll meet you there, Hen"
Henry could only glance at the girl. She had been working hard for the company,and he wished her nothing but happiness and success.
Seeing that that she won't budge, the latter left as Wendy sighed in relief.

Eva sighed again as she stared at the person behind her.
" Quit it already, you'll definitely do well".
" Practice makes perfect". Wendy replied as she collided with someone. Gasps and heavy breathing filled the area.
She helplessly stared at the Man's shoe , bitting her lips.
" Am so sorry sir, so sorry". She could only beg while hearing sudden whisper. She could hear some muttering curses at her but she couldn't blame them. She was the star of the company. No she can't ruin it's image.
"Sorry sir", please forgive me. She muttered as she palmed her palms together fighting on whether to look up at him or not.
Rein silently gazed at the girl in front of him. With one look one could tell she was a beauty now shivering because of fear.
"Helpless human". He muttered to himself and left as his assistant and beta followed.
"That was close". Eva breathed out and pulled the freezed girl away.
Later Wendy was done with the presentation as applauds roared the room. The Boss and assistant could only look at her with pride as if saying ' That's my girl, I know what you can do '.
The room went silent soon after the workers left, Wendy was currently arranging the file when her Boss spoke.
"Ava, Mr Vien wants to have a word with you". Bruno spoke out.
The girl pulled out her hand and looked at the man as she freezed. No amount of word could describe how nervous she was. ' What if the bring up the topic about what happened, am I doomed?
Rein smiled silently as he saw her frozen body. ' Was she afraid ', he thought.
Seeing that she didn't move, he stretched out his hand and shook her's. A chuckle almost broke out of his mouth when he saw how she slowly recovered and shook back.
" Wow you have a soft palm" , she slowly blurted out before realizing.
Raising his brows, he muttered softly ," and you have a very long finger".
Ryker, his assistant could only stare at him with horror. This was the first time his Alpha was saying something like this. If not because of his hearing ability, he wouldn't have caught the word.
Rein felt sparks when their hands touched but it disappeared immediately they broke out. ' What is this feeling?' .
Wendy at the other hand wasn't left out. Back at the restroom, she was staring at a crimson face. She slowly lifted her hand and pressed it on her chest, damn it was beating real fast. She just couldn't wait to go home and tell her best friend, Ariella everything.
