The message left the territory of Sera without any banners or threats.
It was a compressed packet of intermediary language, without emotional inflection or undue claims moving through a chain of neutrality relays designed to make just such a passage easy. None of the relays on the chain opened the message fully, though each marked the passage and the next passed it on. Not that one needed to open such a message to know it was unusual in the Outer Continuum, a notification in regard to a residual creative authority in a concluded lower design had already been enough of one for some.
The third relay gave it a cursory pattern check before releasing it, and the fifth made a quiet copy of the routing header and allowed it to go on. No one intercepted, no one delayed, just watched it move as smaller predators often watch a larger predator cross the land.
