Raphael entered inside the first tower, what greeted him was an empty room with an elevator in the center, he launched head first in the elevator, once inside he instantly activated it.
In five minutes he arrived at the top of the tower, there a tabled laid in front of a thousands of green vats, inside of them laid tens of thousands of different humans each with a different face and tipe of body, they were asleep, continuously feeded by the green liquid full of nutrients.
Tand03 slowly walked nearer Raphael standing still behind him, he asked her "how are things proceeding ?" She answered in a cold matter "the towers are almost ready to release the subjects".
"Good, proceed as planned, I will go into hibernation, you must cancell the memory of the subjects of every tower and leave them in the wild for the time being, be careful and make sure they don't die out by themselves for the first years" saying this Raphael put his hand on one of the vats and added "add the nanobots to 20% of the human population and make sure they are connected to the Transmitters".
The 11 (now 10) Transmitters that the ship released when it first arrived to the Earth were giant supercomputers each controlled by an A.I. woth a different personality, their job was that of releasing with time micro nanobots that would let the people connected to them create "magic" the system was still in beta testing , but it promised good.
The reason for this whole fantasy thing was a dream that Raphael had even since he was a kid, in his younger days when he was still a normal human he often read fantasy stories and novels making him dream a world where those thing wouldn't be only fiction but also reality.
He walked towards one of the windows of the tower, the once dead world was beginning to heal, green was appearing thanks to the seed that his ship launched in its descent, Raphael remembered one last question "Ehi Tand03 are you also creating the subspecies, right?" She replied fast "of course Master everythings will be ready for release in a month or two".
With nothing more to control he walked towards the elevator, Tand03 beside him, they slowly descended, not a single word came out of their mouth.
Once the elevator reached the ground floor Tand03 took all the courage she had and made a question "Master, I've got a question" the sudden words from her surprised Raphael that replied with a smile "you can talk Tand03".
She asked "Will we ever be free? " her gaze for the first time left something come out, hope, Raphael appeared intrigued by the question so he stopped for a few moments to think about it, then he finally answered "No, sadly I need you, and I will continue to need you until the end of time, so no holidays from work I think ?" He joked, they were struments and he wasn't able to think of them as anything more.
Tand03 appeared sad for a moment before returning to her cold demeanour, a part of her knew that Raphaelwould answerin that way, the answer gave her the resolve she needed to execute the plan, a plan to stop their master and creator.
And now that he was preparing to go in hibernation again it was the best time possible.
