Chapter 375 - Chapter 375: Under the Cover of the Night

Shichen and Yunyun didn't say a word on the way, and before long they were at Yunyun's house.

"We're here." Seeing Yunyun still looking down, Shichen gave her small hand a gentle squeeze to remind her.

"Huh?"

Yunyun blinked up, only then realizing her home was right ahead.

"That was so fast…"

"Can't bear to part?" Shichen asked with a smile.

"Mm… I still want… to walk with you a bit more, Shichen. I don't want to go back this early," Yunyun said boldly, gazing at him with her big eyes.

"Yeah? Then how about we do another lap?"

"Eh?" Yunyun blinked, puzzled.

"We go back to Megumin's place first, then walk back here."

"C-can we?" she asked, excited.

"Of course. I don't want to part from you so soon either. It's still early."

"Great!" Yunyun hugged his arm, beaming.

Shichen laughed too. The soft, generous pressure felt… pretty nice; there's a reason some people like them big. Full and plush like that could overwhelm the average person—luckily, he liked both big and small. Big had impact, small was delicate—he couldn't say no to either.

They retraced their steps, though with one small change: instead of holding hands, Yunyun was now hugging his arm.

On the way back, she was clearly much happier—her steps were light, and she even bounced now and then.

But happy moments are short. Before they knew it, they were near Megumin's house.

You could hear Aqua from a distance.

"That was quick…" Yunyun pursed her lips as she looked at Megumin's home.

"Want to go in and sit for a bit, then head back?" Shichen asked.

"I'd rather not… Going in now would be weird. Let's just head back."

"Okay."

They turned around and started toward Yunyun's place again.

On the way back Yunyun turned sulky again, hugging his arm in silence, her steps much slower.

Shichen matched her pace the whole way.

Still, no matter how slow, the village wasn't that big.

"Yunyun, this way."

Just as they were about to reach her house, Shichen suddenly led her down a side path.

"Eh? Where are we going?"

"Just come with me."

"Okay!"

To avoid catching the eye of any idle villagers, Shichen suppressed his presence and set up a small barrier around them to block line of sight, then led Yunyun toward a little grove.

"Shichen… why did you… bring me here?" she asked hesitantly.

The grove was dark and completely deserted, quiet as can be. Yunyun wasn't afraid—in fact she felt a flutter of anticipation. What was Shichen planning to do with her here?

"Didn't you say you didn't want to go back so soon? Let's hang out here for a bit," Shichen explained.

"Hang out? Here… what can we even do?"

"When it's just a man and a woman alone, there's plenty."

"Eh?" Yunyun stared up at him, blinking.

Shichen didn't explain further. He turned to face her, opened his arms, and pulled her into a tight embrace.

Holding Yunyun head-on, he could feel just how generous her chest was—soft and firm.

"Mm…" Yunyun's heart clenched; her arms moved on their own, hugging him back.

"Shichen…"

"Yeah."

He loosened his hold a little, lowered his head so their eyes met, his forehead resting against hers, staring into her red irises.

A blush spread across Yunyun's pale cheeks, but she didn't shy away from his gaze; she met it boldly, seriously.

"May I?" Shichen asked suddenly, his gaze dropping to her cherry-like lips.

"Mm…" was all Yunyun could manage.

Shichen didn't hold back. He lowered his head and kissed her, holding her tight.

"Mm…" Yunyun closed her eyes and tilted her head up.

Her lips were incredibly soft; even a brush made it hard for Shichen to pull away—let alone the faint sweetness he tasted. A peck wasn't enough anymore; he couldn't help but deepen the kiss.

"Mm!" Yunyun responded, fully cooperative.

The grove wasn't big; from outside you could easily have seen their silhouettes—let alone heard their breathing. But barrier magic is handy; there was no worry of anyone finding them.

Yunyun was getting more and more swept up in it. They were not far from her home, and she didn't know Shichen had put up a barrier; her dad might catch them—thinking that only made her more excited.

Time trickled by. Yunyun took several breathers, but she still didn't want to pull away from him.

Shichen was experienced; he wasn't going to stop with just kissing. His hands began to move on their own, searching for their target.

Not hard to find.

Yunyun suddenly opened her eyes wide, mist pooling in them.

Shichen backed off on his own, letting her catch her breath.

"Hah—hah—Shichen." Yunyun looked down, face scarlet.

His touch was deft; his fingers moved in a steady rhythm.

"Is this okay?" he asked, still moving his fingers—asking after the fact.

"Mm… y-you already…" Yunyun felt her knees go weak and hurriedly clung to him for support.

That, of course, made it a little harder for Shichen to use both hands.

"But I want to hear you say yes," he murmured, pulling his hand back, turning Yunyun around, hugging her from behind, and whispering in her ear.

His warm breath on her ear made her shrink her neck; even her pale pink ears were turning red.

"Why… why would I ever say no…" she mumbled.

"So?"

"I—I consent, of course…"

As soon as she said it, it was like she'd used up all her strength; Yunyun sagged bonelessly against his chest.

"Got it."

Shichen smiled, slid his hands back up, found his target, and went on.

"Mm…"

It was even more intense now; Yunyun felt a current race through her, leaving her tingling and weak. All she could do was lean into him and let him tease her.

Shichen didn't let only his hands have all the fun—he lowered his head, found her lips again, and kissed her once more.

Yunyun moved on pure instinct, tilting her head back to make it easier for him.

Who knew how long passed. Shichen was now seated on the ground so Yunyun could melt into his lap more comfortably. His hands had also slipped past the barrier of clothing for direct contact.

Her skin was silky smooth; it made him reluctant to let go.

"Shichen… are you, um, hiding something?" Yunyun asked dizzily all of a sudden.

Sitting in his lap, of course she could feel it.

"That's normal. Don't worry about it."

"What is… ah~" She shifted her hips slightly and understood immediately.

She wasn't ignorant.

Heat flooded her entire body.

Shichen felt it too through his palm.

"…Don't worry about it," he soothed. Worst case, he'd have Darkness help him later.

"B-but… doesn't that feel uncomfortable?" Yunyun whispered.

"Hm? How do you know?"

"I—I read it in a book…"

"Didn't know you read those kinds of books," Shichen teased.

"N-no, it was just normal educational material… mm~"

"Really? Not just curiosity?"

"Mm… Shichen, you're teasing me…"

"Heh. Seriously, don't worry—this much is fine."

"I—I can help you," Yunyun blurted.

"Huh?" Shichen wondered if he'd misheard; his hands even paused.

"I—I want to help you!" She turned to look at him, face earnest.

"Are you sure? You know what you're saying, right?"

"I—I know… I'm not a little girl."

"This isn't really the right place," Shichen said, shaking his head.

"Do you not want me?" Yunyun asked, a little crestfallen.

"Dummy. I'm trying to treat you right, okay?" He freed one hand and flicked her forehead with a laugh.

"R-really?"

"Why would I lie? You're so cute, Yunyun—I'm crazy about you."

"Mm…" She looked blissfully happy.

"So you don't need to help—save it for next time. Then I won't be polite."

"Eh? But like this… is there some other way?" Yunyun couldn't help asking.

"Another way…" Shichen's gaze dropped.

"Mm?" Yunyun tilted her head, confused.

"You really want to help me some other way?"

"Mm! I want to help," she said with a firm nod.

"Then…" Shichen leaned to her ear and explained.

"Eh? That works?" Yunyun yelped, flustered, then glanced down at herself.

So… they could be used like that.

"Is that okay?" Shichen's breathing quickened.

"Y-yes… but I don't know how. You'll have to teach me."

"Okay."

There was a soft rustle of clothing, and Yunyun lowered herself over Shichen's lap.
