On the seaside street, many passersby cried out in alarm and stepped back.
Pedro had just killed a man who had shouted at him right out in public, twisting the man's head several times, the sight was undoubtedly terrifying, and the faces of many nearby onlookers instantly changed.
Yet Pedro, along with Alistair and Helen beside him, remained unconcerned, feeling considerably better instead. The bearded man's words had truly enraged them earlier; they'd never encountered someone with such an aggressively foul mouth.
"This is the price of arrogance," Alistair murmured.
"Andre!"
Shouts rang out as three figures emerged from the crowd, rushing toward the dead bearded man with expressions of utter disbelief.
Their arrival drew the attention of many spectators.
"You... you actually killed someone in broad daylight? Unbelievable!"
"How cruel! You're not even human!"
"You're nothing but beasts!"
One after another, the three spoke, glaring at the trio with intense fury.
