c105: Chen Xiaoxiao Wants to Say Something About MMP!
Take off. Get attacked. Land. Faint. Take off again. Attacked again. Land. Faint.
After this happened countless times, Chen Xiaoxiao finally realized something was seriously wrong.
"I've been in the Electric Forest for several days now, and aside from some aggressive Pokémon during training, there's never been anything like this. Why are the Pokémon acting like this today?"
She frowned, having just defeated an unusually aggressive Electrode.
"Gardevoir, come out and heal this poor guy."
She called out her Gardevoir, a veteran from her Silver Conference campaign, who gracefully released a Heal Pulse toward the fainted Raichu she had just subdued.
Just as Raichu was beginning to recover, a violent burst of electricity surged from its cheeks—Saffron-colored sparks flying in every direction.
Boom!
Before Raichu could even charge up Thunderbolt, Togekiss blasted it away with a swift Air Slash, knocking it out cold.
"Keep healing," Chen Xiaoxiao said nonchalantly.
Once again, under Gardevoir's pulse of pink light, Raichu recovered slightly only for the same violent discharge to erupt. A surge of electric tension cracked in the air, and again
Boom!
Togekiss, ever on alert, preemptively used Dazzling Gleam, and Raichu was laid out once more.
Chen Xiaoxiao stared in disbelief. "This... is bizarre."
Why was Raichu, usually timid and peace-loving.especially those raised in the wild acting with such intense aggression?
She glanced at her Pokédex. The entry for Raichu noted:
"If the electric sacs become too full, Raichu becomes irritable and violent."
Still, she had already commanded it to discharge multiple times. Its power should have balanced out.
"Even if one Raichu's overcharged... Why are all the Electric-types behaving like this?"

A fierce Luxray sent a Zebstrika tumbling across the mossy ground. The black-and-white Pokémon fainted, sparking slightly from the hit.
"Zebstrika, return!" cried a panicked student.
"I'm out of Pokémon! And this Luxray isn't just angry—it's strategic!" shouted another.
"W-w-what do we do? I—I wanna go home!" sobbed a third.
Luxray, glowing with a powerful Saffron-colored electric aura, narrowed its eyes.
The three students froze.
"Wait... It's powering up again?!" yelled one.
With a fierce roar, Luxray released a charged Thunder Wave, enveloping all three.
"AHHH!" ×3
Their limbs froze, paralyzed, and all three collapsed to the ground, barely conscious.
Luxray approached, sniffed them briefly, then bit their clothing gently and hoisted each onto its back. With electromagnetic force, it adhered them tightly to its body and dashed into the deeper forest.toward some unknown location.
Similar abductions happened all across the Electric Forest.

"Teacher! Help me!"
A female student, barely staying balanced atop a panicked Blitzle, spotted a supervising teacher and called out.
The teacher turned, startled, just as an enraged Electrike lunged at the student.
"Go! Electabuzz, use Fire Punch!" he commanded.
Electabuzz, wreathed in flames, delivered a clean uppercut.
Boom!
Electrike dropped instantly, unconscious.
"What's going on? Xiao Li, where's your team? Weren't you with Xiaotian and Xiaohong?"
The teacher's brows knitted as he turned to her.
"We—we were! But the Pokémon started attacking out of nowhere! Xiaotian and Xiaohong got taken! I was lucky to escape!"
Tears rolled down her face.
"Taken?" the teacher echoed, horrified.
He quickly opened his Pokédex and messaged the internal faculty group:
"Several of my students have been attacked and abducted by Electric-type Pokémon. What's happening on your ends?"
Within seconds:
Teacher A: "None of mine were attacked."
Teacher B: "Same here."
Teacher C: "Wait... not a coincidence?! Uh-oh..."
The gravity of the situation hit him.
He typed back urgently:
"Rescue whoever you can. Pull the rest of your teams back! I'm notifying the academy and applying for immediate support."
Then he dialed a private number.
"Master Lei, I'm a faculty member of Hanwu University's Electrical Department. We've been holding final evaluations in the Electric Forest. Until today, everything was fine, but now we're facing multiple coordinated Pokémon attacks. Students are being abducted. We request immediate aid."
Master Lei's voice came through, alarmed.
"Understood. I'll be there within ten minutes. Do what you can in the meantime."
Of course, Master Lei gym leader, champion contender, and protector of the Electric Region knew what was at stake.
There were rumors, even among the elite trainers, of a divine beast residing deep in the Electric Forest. A mythical creature from centuries past, possibly older than the region's Gym system itself.
And to top it off, his own niece and nephew Lei Ye and Lei Jian.were currently training in the area.
But he didn't mention that. If he prioritized his family, he'd fail his duty.

"Master Lei, wait! I saw Chen Xiaoxiao enter the Electric Forest a few days ago," the teacher said quickly.
"Chen Xiaoxiao?"
Lei's voice sharpened. "Got it."
He ended the call and immediately dialed another number: Leng Xin, the reigning Champion of Huaxia.
"Xiao Xin, trouble in the Electric Forest. I need your help."
After a short explanation, he added, "Chen Xiaoxiao is there. Please alert her. She might be our only chance."
Leng Xin didn't hesitate. "Understood. I'll contact her now."

Chen Xiaoxiao, still wrestling with Raichu's bizarre behavior, suddenly received the Champion's call.
"Eh? Leng Xin? Did I get in trouble?"
She answered the call.
Her expression changed instantly.
"So it wasn't just me. You're saying Pokémon across the Electric Forest are attacking students? Even abducting them?"
Leng Xin confirmed the report and explained the bigger picture.
"There's a divine beast here?" Chen Xiaoxiao said, stunned.
"It's only a rumor, but I'm starting to think it's true," Leng Xin said solemnly. "And if such a being has ordered this coordinated behavior... it would explain everything."
"Xiao Xiao, I need you to help locate the abducted students, assist if you can, and determine if this is the work of the divine beast. If so, report immediately. Don't engage it alone."
"I understand."
As she hung up the call, she clenched her fists.
This wasn't just another school assessment anymore.
Chen Xiaoxiao looked toward the dense woods where the lightning was crackling.
Only one thought echoed in her mind:
"MMP!"
