"Uchiha Chiyu — Bounty: 2 Billion Berries!"

"Former Navy Rear Admiral Hina — 660 Million Berries!"

"Former Navy Major 'Elephant Blade' — 150 Million Berries!"

"Former Navy Major Box, Ox-Ox Fruit: Giraffe Model — 120 Million Berries!"

"Former Navy Major Barbara, Bubble-Bubble Fruit — 100 Million Berries!"

"Cyborg Franky — 80 Million Berries!"

"Slip-Slip Fruit User Nami — 30 Million Berries!"

Tashigi's eyes widened as she scanned the list.

The total bounty of everyone aboard Chiyu's ship—the Uchiha—had already topped 3 billion Berries.

Only the Four Emperors could rival numbers like that.

But Chiyu had killed a Celestial Dragon. And that meant the heat on him and his crew wasn't just equal to the Four Emperors—it was worse.

Tashigi couldn't help but agree with Smoker's words:

"Those Celestial Dragons are the real scum of the world."

What Chiyu did? Honestly, it felt like justice.

Even so…

She couldn't shake her worry.

"Please stay safe out there, Chiyu-sama…"

She whispered a quiet prayer.

At the East Blue's famous port city, Colonel Sword had just received the updated bounty list—and nearly dropped it.

"C-Chiyu-sama?!"

He had once fought alongside the man who rid the entire East Blue of corruption.

Now that man was the most wanted criminal on Earth?

For a moment, Sword was frozen in disbelief.

But then… he smiled.

"Of course it's him. This is exactly what Chiyu-sama would do…"

"But killing a Celestial Dragon? That's next level."

He stood up and ordered his men:

"Print this poster big. I want it covering the whole wall of HQ. Everyone needs to know who this man is."

His subordinates grinned.

"Yes, sir!"

From Shells Town and the Cocoyasi Village, to Orange Town and Baratie—everywhere Chiyu had once liberated, people stared at his wanted poster… and smiled.

To them, he wasn't a criminal—he was a hero.

Many followed Colonel Sword's example and pinned the posters up proudly, not in fear—but in honor.

"Captain Usopp!"

Kids came running, waving the bounty poster. Usopp nearly jumped out of his seat—he'd been telling Kaya all about his dream of joining the Navy.

"What's going on?!"

"Look! Look at this!"

Usopp scanned the poster with Kaya.

"No way… Chiyu-sama deserted the Navy?!"

One of the kids said, wide-eyed:

"They say he killed a Celestial Dragon!"

Usopp and Kaya exchanged looks—they'd heard the stories. Now it made sense.

"Well, that explains everything… Dammit, I really wanted to join the Navy and follow him…"

Kaya smiled warmly.

"You still can, Usopp."

He blinked… and then smiled back.

"Yeah. You're right."

"Wait, what?! Not just Chiyu-sama—Nami too?!"

Nojiko stared at the poster, stunned.

"She's just a kid!"

Genzo sighed.

"The Navy and the World Government won't go easy on her because of that…"

"This is bad… for both Nami and Chiyu-sama."

Nojiko, surprisingly, chuckled.

"This is exactly the kind of thing Chiyu-sama would do."

"You're still laughing? They're literal world enemies now!"

Nojiko shook her head.

"Hey, they made their choice. And come on… doesn't killing those awful Celestial Dragons feel like justice to you?"

"Shhh! Are you crazy? You can't say that out loud!"

Genzo tried to hush her.

Nojiko just smiled, eyes on Nami's photo.

"Well, at least her picture turned out cute. Let's print them out and hang them up."

"...Fine. Whatever."

"Father, look at this!"

Vivi rushed in with the poster and handed it to King Cobra.

Igaram, Pell, Chaka, and Koza all gathered.

They all fell silent in shock.

"A Celestial Dragon… taken out?"

King Cobra was just as stunned. But then he smiled faintly.

"Yeah… sounds exactly like something Chiyu-sama would do."

"And those so-called Celestial Dragons? Not worth a drop of pity."

Alabasta had once been one of the founding nations of the World Government.

Had they not pulled out, Cobra and Vivi could have been Celestial Dragons themselves.

But they'd never once regretted walking away—and they despised what the Celestial Dragons had become.

Vivi, however, looked anxious.

"You think Chiyu-sama and Nami will be okay?"

Cobra ruffled her hair.

"They'll be fine. If anyone should be worried—"

"—it's this decaying world."

In Water 7, Iceburg and a few foremen stared at the new posters.

"Even Franky's wanted now…"

The members of Franky's old gang were worried—but Iceburg only smiled.

"Honestly? It was bound to happen."

"Ever since Chiyu-sama killed CP9 and stopped the Buster Call, splitting from the Navy was inevitable. I just didn't expect it to be so soon."

"What about Franky?"

"He'll be fine. He's with Chiyu-sama now."

Everyone finally breathed easy—and then started laughing.

"Franky's poster looks kinda awesome!"

"No—it looks SUPER awesome!"

Iceburg chuckled softly. These people were family to him now.

"Franky. Chiyu-sama. Keep following your truth… no matter what."

While the world buzzed in shock, Chiyu and his crew aboard the coated Uchiha sailed deep beneath the sea—totally unaware.

Their goal: cross Fish-Man Island… and enter the New World.

Inside the ship, Nami pressed against the bubble glass, eyes wide.

"Wow… it's beautiful…"

Schools of fish shimmered past. Giant and tiny sea creatures alike filled the deep, some so massive they could only be Sea Kings.

But the ship's seastone coating kept them hidden and safe—as long as they didn't provoke anything.

Nami spoke up:

"I've heard Fish-Man Island is a really sensitive place…"

"Humans used to treat them like animals—calling them fish instead of people. At Sabaody, Hina and I saw people actually capturing and selling mermaids…"

Hina nodded.

"Yeah… discrimination has always been a problem. It only started getting better when Fish-Man Island joined the World Government about 200 years ago."

"Even now, it's still a mess in many places."

She looked at Nami gently.

"Your hometown was taken over by Arlong, right? He used to be in the Sun Pirates… Fisher Tiger's crew. Even Jinbe was one of them."

Nami blinked.

"Fisher Tiger? Who's that?"

Hina sighed.

"A legend. He was enslaved by humans, escaped, and decided to free all the slaves."

"He climbed the Red Line with his bare hands, broke into Mariejois, and burned the place down—liberating all the people the Celestial Dragons were keeping as toys."

"Not just fish-men and merfolk. Other races too. They all saw him as their savior."

Nami lowered her head. She knew how cruel the Celestial Dragons were.

"He really was a hero…"

"Then what happened to Arlong?"

Hina explained:

"Fisher Tiger was hunted down and killed. He was a pacifist—he didn't want war with humans. But after he died, the Sun Pirates split."

"Jinbe continued his dream of peace, became a Warlord, and tried to protect Fish-Man Island diplomatically."

"Arlong went the opposite way. He hated humans more than ever, left the crew, and ended up in the East Blue…"

Nami knew that part all too well. She'd lived it.

"What's Fish-Man Island like now?"

Hina looked ahead. The massive bubble enclosing the island was like a glowing flower 10,000 meters underwater.

"Right now, it's protected by one of the Four Emperors—Whitebeard, the world's strongest man."

"No one dares cause trouble there anymore."

Chiyu's voice rang out calmly:

"We're here."

The Uchiha gently slipped into the massive bubble of Fish-Man Island.
