In the blink of an eye the yellow‑sand desert became a sea of molten red rock, mountains and cliffs glowing crimson. Scorching heat filled the air; even breathing grew heavy.
Black Zetsu sneered.
"Uchiha Chiyu, burn in lava!"
Chiyu only chuckled. Lava? Did they really think this was his domain?
Seizing the initiative, he borrowed the chakra of Four‑Tails Son Gokū and unleashed the formidable lava‑release kekkei genkai:
"Lava Release: Scorching Flow Fist!"
Huge spheres of magma erupted, their power boosted by the environment, and blasted toward Kaguya.
"Th‑That's Four‑Tails'…"
Kaguya and Black Zetsu were both startled, yet Kaguya reacted quickly. With her All‑Creation ability she raised colossal magma walls to block the strike. Even so, the Lava World exploded in chaos, magma bubbling like oil and surging in towering waves.
"Lava Release: Flower Fruit Mountain!"
Chiyu slammed the ground, creating a raging sea of lava that swept toward Kaguya. His chakra dwarfed Son Gokū's many times over; borrowing only the bloodline's power, he produced a technique stronger than the beast itself could.
Kaguya snorted and countered by driving the magma into an even greater tidal wave aimed back at Chiyu. Two forces collided, lava smashing apart in a scene both deadly and magnificent.
Black Zetsu gaped.
"In the Lava World he gains the advantage? That man can use the chakra and powers of all nine Tailed Beasts… If this continues—"
Chiyu gave no respite.
"Lava Release: Scorching River Great Eruption!"
This was Son Gokū and its jinchūriki Rōshi's ultimate trump card. The ground turned into a volcano primed to explode.
Kaguya snapped,
"This is MY world!"
She commanded a massive magma tsunami toward Chiyu.
He infused the Great Eruption with Sacred Sage Art, pushing its power to the limit—
With a cataclysmic roar, torrents of lava burst forth like shells and dragons, smashing through Kaguya's wave and streaking straight for her.
Kaguya paled. Instinctively she switched space again.
"Amenominaka!"
The scene shifted to the Ice World, erasing Chiyu's attack.
"Mother, we must finish this quickly," Black Zetsu urged.
"His power hasn't fully recovered—if we let him regain it, he'll be even harder to handle. You can't die, but if he seals you somehow, centuries of planning will be wasted!"
Kaguya nodded, detonating chakra. The Ice World's extreme chill coated Chiyu, slowing his movements. Then she launched another Kekkei Mōra technique:
"Rabbit Hair Needle!"
Her long white hair transformed into countless razor needles. Guided by her Byakugan, they sought every tenketsu—inescapable except by raw defense. Once struck, chakra would be sealed and the victim immobilized.
Chiyu merely snorted, raising Susanoo to block them all.
Black Zetsu frowned.
"Rabbit Hair Needle is Mother's fastest move, and he's already slowed by the cold—yet we still can't hurt him? Very well, Mother, take him to that world—immobilize him!"
Kaguya understood and again used Amenominaka.
Chiyu already guessed their plan: the Super‑Gravity Space.
Sure enough, the next instant found him in a drab green void where crushing gravity ruled.
Both combatants were pressed down; even Kaguya struggled at first but adapted rapidly.
Seizing the moment, she used one of her true killing moves:
"All‑Killing Ash Bones!"
Pale skeletal protrusions erupted from her back; she fired special bones from her palms. Any living being they touched would disintegrate like Edo Tensei cancellation—instant death, no cure.
In the manga a single Ash Bone could destroy Naruto's shadow clone or obliterate Sasuke's Complete Body Susanoo. Now Kaguya fired two bones from left and right, determined to reduce Chiyu to dust.
This was exactly what Chiyu had been waiting for.
A faint, victorious smile curled on his lips.
