Kaden looked at his evolution quest, surprise flickering inside his eyes and honestly, he had every right to be that way.
Because I don't think you truly understand how dangerous, how absolutely insane this quest was.
He had been tasked with killing every beast, every single one, that lived in the outer zone and the middle zone of the Forest of Asterion. The same forest where he once fought the Dreadthorn Bear. The same forest where he provoked hundreds of monsters to hunt him down like prey.
Kaden stood still, eyes glued to the notification, mind already spiraling.
'I have to kill everything… even the lowest of the low. I have to track them all down… and eliminate them.'
'The outer zone is fine. Manageable. But the middle zone? That place is where I ran into a Master-ranked beast, where hundreds upon hundreds of monsters dwell—and most of them are at least Intermediate rank.'
