Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Parallel Ninja World — The Rinnegan as a Starter Pack

Year One of Konohagakure.

At the edge of Hokage Rock, a young man stood quietly, overlooking the village slowly taking shape below.

His name was Kai, and at this moment, his eyes were filled with awe and disbelief.

He had transmigrated.

Not into a regular Naruto timeline, though. No, this was something entirely different.

He now existed in a complex space-time web made up of seven parallel Naruto worlds, each with its own branching paths, altered histories, and unpredictable changes.

Just as the weight of it all began to sink in, a crisp mechanical voice rang out in his mind:

[Main Quest: Select one major power in each timeline. Lead it to unify the ninja world. Once unified, maintain peace for 20 years. Complete this in all seven worlds and—]

[Reward: Instant Immortality. Eternal Life.]

An absurd reward.

And an even more absurd mission.

Kai couldn't help but scoff to himself. Even a Kage would cry if handed something like this.

This was the Naruto world, after all—a place where mountains could be leveled in battle, and Tailed Beasts could destroy nations. The idea of uniting the world, let alone keeping it stable for twenty years, felt like a joke. Not even the Sage of the Six Paths had pulled it off for long.

And yet… here he was. A former high school student with an average life, decent grades, and an unhealthy addiction to anime—now tasked with saving seven versions of a war-torn world.

It sounded impossible.

Unify the world. Seven times.Keep each one at peace for two decades. And survive long enough to do it.

Even with his complete knowledge of the Naruto storyline—canon, filler, databooks, theories—this felt like the kind of mission where even Naruto himself would say, "Idiot! nope don't wanna."

Luckily, the system hadn't dropped him in empty-handed.

Kai took a deep breath.

The conditions were insane—but the reward? Eternal life?

That was the kind of thing even villains would kill for.

He opened his system panel and made his first move.

Bind to: Konohagakure.

It wasn't out of loyalty. In fact, Kai had never been particularly attached to Konoha. Some of its people, sure—but as a whole?

Not really.

This was a strategic choice. Konoha had always been the strongest village across every era. Reincarnations of Asura and Indra, legendary bloodlines, god-tier shinobi, and let's be honest—unfair amounts of plot armor.

If this was a game, Konoha was Easy Mode.

Why suffer through Nightmare Difficulty when you could start with cheat codes?

[Congratulations. Host has obtained: (Rinnegan)! (Auto-Equipped)][Congratulations. Host has obtained: Ninja Tool — (Universal Pouch)!][Congratulations. Host has obtained: (3) Modern Physical Exchange Coupons!]

The moment he received the Rinnegan, Kai felt a change behind his eyes. His normal brown irises disappeared—replaced by the legendary rippling violet eyes of a god.

He quickly pulled out a smartphone from the newly acquired Universal Pouch and checked his reflection in the black screen.

There they were—those rings of power. His very own Rinnegan.

In that instant, his vision sharpened dramatically. He could now spot tiny bugs crawling on leaves hundreds of meters away. He could count the facets in a fly's eyes mid-flight.

It was overwhelming at first. The sheer clarity of everything threatened to fry his brain, but he managed to calm down after a while.

Unfortunately, the Rinnegan's powers were sealed for now.

No chakra.No jutsu.No control.

Just the eyes—plainly visible and terrifying.

Still, in the ninja world, appearance alone was powerful.

In a society obsessed with bloodlines and eye powers, even having the Rinnegan without abilities would make anyone think twice before crossing him.

With that thought, Kai looked down at the village once more. The Hokage Building was still under construction, its frame slowly rising into place.

This was the perfect moment to act—before the other villages gained strength, before the world's balance shifted. Right now, Konoha stood alone at the top.

With Hashirama and Madara still at full power, Konoha could conquer the world if it really tried.

But that was also the hard part.

The stronger a person is, the harder it is to change their mind. People like Hashirama or Madara didn't follow logic or threats.

You couldn't sweet-talk your way through that kind of conviction.

If things went wrong, you'd end up staring down a Susanoo the size of a mountain.

So between the two?

Hashirama was the safer bet.

[Timeline: Founding Era]

[Year: 1st Year of Konohagakure]

[Unification Progress: 30%]

Outside the Hokage Building...

"Big brother! Where are you going!?"

Tobirama Senju's voice echoed through the hall as the door creaked open.

"Uhh…"

"Don't tell me you're going gambling again! You're the Hokage! You have responsibilities!"

"No, no…" Hashirama waved his hand awkwardly.

"Then it's Madara, isn't it?"

"Eh? How'd you know?" Hashirama laughed and scratched the back of his head.

"Hmph. You only smile like that when you're going to see him." Tobirama crossed his arms, frowning with a familiar mix of judgment and concern.

Hashirama didn't deny it. "He asked to meet at Nanga Shrine. Probably something important."

Tobirama's expression darkened.

"Nanga Shrine? Brother, be careful. Madara's been acting more and more strange lately. Who knows what he's planning. Don't let him fool you again!"

Tobirama knew he couldn't stop his big brother from seeing his old Lover—so he just kept nagging instead.

Luckily, now that Hashirama had officially taken office as the First Hokage, even Madara wouldn't dare pull anything too reckless.

"Alright, alright."

Hashirama waved as he walked off. "Oh, and tell Mito I won't be home tonight…"

Tobirama's face turned completely blank.

Seriously?

Just then, a ripple stirred the air near them.

Something began to materialize—a figure slowly stepping into view.

Tobirama's eyes narrowed. This wasn't Flying Thunder God. There were no seals, no chakra signature. It was even more sudden and silent than teleportation.

Even Hashirama stopped in surprise.

A young man appeared in the hallway—short black hair, strange white shirt, and blue jeans. His outfit didn't belong in any era of the ninja world.

But what really drew their attention was his eyes.

The Rinnegan.

Those violet ripples carried a divine pressure, instantly recognizable.

Hashirama tensed up but still greeted him with a smile.

"You are…?"

The young man gave a small nod.

"Senju Hashirama, First Hokage," he said. "Do you have a moment to talk?"

Hashirama studied him. The man radiated danger—but not hostility. He was calm, careful, and deliberate.

Very much like himself.

A blur of motion flashed behind him—Tobirama, katana already in hand.

"Who are you?! State your purpose!"

"Tobirama," Hashirama said sharply. "Stand down."

"But—"

"I said, stand down!. I'll speak to him alone."

Tobirama gritted his teeth but backed off. When his brother got serious, he knew better than to argue.

The hallway cleared.

Kai stepped forward, steady and unshaken, his Rinnegan meeting Hashirama's eyes.

This was it.

The first move.

And the man known as the God of Shinobi was listening.
