After the dinner, the stuff that happened made me grin. But I kept thinking about the marriage between Lady Myra and Alexander making me anxious.
If that bastard truly marries her, I would kill him with no hesitation.
It was the next day; nothing happened except for me doing chores. The prince was in his room writing something. Something about the duty of a prince has to do.
The prince raised his head. "Hey, I want you to do something for me."
I lifted my brow with curiosity. "What is it?"
The prince smiled, his white teeth showing. He passed me a pouch, and I could feel the coins inside it.
The prince said, "I want you to go to the pharmacy and find Doctor William."
I asked. "What am I getting?"
A secret smile curled on his lips. "That's a secret, but you'll find out. Just do as I say, and I will give you a day off."
I smiled and nodded.
He rolled his eyes at my foolish smile. "And the doctor knows what to give me; just give my name, and he knows what I want."
