Selena now noticing her clothes tattered and loose, losing her undergarments along with her cover below. Her hands that are covered in blood and her blood ladened hair made her decide to take a shower. In Seth's memories, he rarely showers, partly because it would be hassle for an assasin to always took a shower and partly because he thought it would be costly, ending up to shower only in occasions that prompted him to.
The bathroom should be in the living the room. Although unused to her body, she mustered up her strength and dragged her two limpy legs towards the door leading to the living room.
The occasional tumbling and falling can be heard echoing through the hallway. Followed by a grunting sound of a woman show seemed to struggle in her body.
Ugh... Such a weak body, is this the result of transitioning? Annoyed, Selena continued her 'trecherous' journey to the living room.
Arriving at the door, Selena sensed a slight achievement to this world, although it's insignificant, to her it's a major step.
The door creaked open, and along with it revealed an antique-like room, at least to her, as the Selena from the Earth, the couch made of silk but sewn in a style indistinct to what the victorian era in the Earth depicts as.There are two large couch and single one, presumably for the visitors or guests. A waist-level table at the center of the three couch made of fine-wood carve intricately and designed with unique carvings. A wooden grand clock was arrange behind the left couch facing the tea table, and a green carpet sewn in laces and fine symbols are neatly placed below the furnitures.
It truly is different from the modern world I lived in... Selena, leaning on the doorframe was mesmerized by the room's unique design.
Regaining her senses, she quickly gone to the wooden door, residing besides the grand clock. Turning her head towards the clock it's design to tell time is similar to how modern clocks operates. "12:34", at least that's what it indicates by the short arm pointing upright and the long arm slightly pointing the opposite.
Arriving inside the bathroom, the interior of the bathroom errily resembles the ones from Earth, only the differences are the marble tiles that placed intricately to one another followed by a white curtain that reveals a small bathtub.
Stepping inside the bathroom, Selena felt like she was back at home, only the difference is the bathtub being independent from the walls. Usually, the bathtub comes with the walls to easily install a sink that would drain the excess water gushing from the shower head.
To the corner of her eyes, she noticed a woman's reflection. Black velvet eyes that resembles jewels of wealthy families and silver fair flowing gently to her waist, a fair silky skin and delicate facial features, such an appearance could rival celebrities to her original world and would even win the miss universe. The woman is drapped in a tattered white clothes stained with blood and without undergarments, revealing certain areas of girl's sexual features. Covered in crimson hue, she can be mistaken as a child of a demon.
Selena couldn't help his eyes be glued to the reflection of a beautiful and gorgeous young woman in front of her. I'm I really... her?
Quickly retracting her gaze, Selena felt a tinge of fear for her appearance. If I continued to stare, I might lose myself and truly be convinced that this is me...
Glancing around the bathroom, avoiding the mirror to her left, her steps quickened towards the bathtub. Her delicate hands reached for the switch, rotating it for a couple of times until droplets of water gushes fort from the shower head.
She couldn't helped but think about her current body. This girl... she's too beautiful, I could lose my self-control any moment when I'm gazing at her... Such a woman would become a prey to malicious people.
Thinking about how people would react whenever she's around made Selena's scalp tingle. Then it's decided, covering myself would be the optimal decision, otherwise I don't know what others might do..
I died and got reborn... Truly an unbelievable occurrence yet it it occured. How should I traverse into this world? Will I be able to head back if I were die again?
From Seth's memories, I believe he took a potion named 'Witch' which resulted in him turning into woman but ended in a failure causing his death and which became my descent into this world. A woman named Isabelle Ordian who he refers to as 'Madam' introduced him into this beyonder world and made him drink this potion.. But before the 'Witch' potion there are two others in succession, the 'Witch' is a name of the Assasin Pathway's Sequence 7. Maybe due to his death, the current me lost the two succession of the Assasin's Pathway resulting in my decend to Sequence 9 Assasin.
So I'm still an Assasin... That must be the reason I'm able to see the stairs leading to the trapdoor from basement even with how dim the lights were. Seth... I pity him, he took this path in order to earn money for his sister's tuition and his father's opportunity to enter the land of hope Backlund... But still, this path is laid in thorns and the food he serves to his family is a result of another's lost of life. I don't want to live in a sinned body...
The droplets of water washed off the bloodstains of her body. Removing her clothes before entering the bathtub, she decided to wash it off later.
Having her thoughts waver through the drops of water, gaining a will to return to Earth, to return to his home...
