All eyes turned to the black-haired governor. Azazel smiled and began.
"First, Kokabiel, an executive of our Fallen Angel organization 'Grigori,' acted unilaterally, without informing me or the other executives. The 'White Dragon Emperor' has dealt with him. Our military tribunal sentenced Kokabiel to permanent cryogenic imprisonment in the lowest level of Hell. He can't escape. That's in the documents we sent. That's all from the Fallen Angels." Azazel shrugged at Michael.
"It seems Kokabiel misses you and wants a rematch."
Michael sighed.
"That's a minimal explanation… I know you don't want a major incident, but is that all?"
"Yes, I'm not interested in war. Kokabiel criticized me for that, as the report said."
"So we Angels were paranoid. First, Sirzechs appeared, the strongest Devil King ever. We were nervous, fearing war, and prepared. But nothing happened." Michael said, smiling wryly.
"Then you, Azazel, kept gathering Divine Dividing Class wielders. When we heard you got the 'White Dragon,' we thought you'd start a war. We were on alert, but it was a waste of time."
Michael looked dejected, tired of being scared by the two factions.
Azazel chuckled.
"It's for artifact research. I can send you some data. I initially wanted to increase my power to prevent war. But I was wrong. I'm not interested in war. I'm happy with the world. 'Don't interfere in human politics,' I ordered my subordinates. I don't want to interfere in religion or influence the devil industry."
Azazel and Michael looked at Sirzechs, who hadn't spoken.
"Hey, why are you looking at me? 'Strongest Devil King' is a random title. I'm not interested in war." Sirzechs smiled wryly.
"Then let's make peace. That's what we planned, right? Angels and devils?"
Sirzechs said, changing the mood. Everyone was shocked. Rivals choosing peace?
After a pause, Michael smiled.
"Yes, we agree. Continued conflict harms the world. It's inappropriate for an angel to say this, but… God and the Devil King are gone, so we should have peace."
Peace had been considered. The Kokabiel incident brought it to light.
The key point was: "If war breaks out, the three factions will be destroyed. It will harm the human world, ending the world. We can't have war."
After the peace agreement, they discussed military strength, relationships, territories, and cooperation.
The ancient war had weakened the factions. Heaven lost God, the Underworld lost the Devil King, and the Fallen Angels lost most of their forces. They needed to reproduce, survive, and defend against other mythologies. Peace and cooperation would help them withstand threats.

Arthas looked at Asia and the Church trio.
"They're devils, but haven't lost their faith. They pray, but it gives them headaches. I can't stand it. You should be able to help."
Arthas looked at Michael. The girls were surprised. Arthas was asking the Angels for help.
"Irina Shidou, Asia Argento, and Xenovia Quarta, right?" Michael looked at them sadly.
"It's a shame to lose you. Asia has a powerful healing artifact, Xenovia is a skilled swordswoman, and Irina could have become an angel."
"We chose to fall. The Church wouldn't accept us."
Xenovia shook her head. She had no faith. She prayed out of habit.
