# Chapter 10.1 - The Weight of Command
The words of the mission plan still hung in the air as the team dispersed. Sera remained at the command table, her shoulders rigid, her gaze locked on the holographic map as if she could will the red blips representing the Crawler swarm to disappear. The others moved to their tasks, but Jin lingered, his eyes on the silver-haired girl who carried the weight of their survival.
He walked over, his footsteps silent on the polished floor. He didn't say anything at first, just stood beside her, looking at the same complex web of tactical data.
"You're carrying the weight of this whole thing," he said, his voice low and steady. "Let someone else carry it for a while."
Sera didn't look at him. "I'm the leader. It's my job."
"You're also our friend," Jin countered gently. "And friends don't let friends face down an army of nightmares alone." He placed a hand on her shoulder, feeling the tension coiled there. "Go rest, Sera. That's an order."
