"No reason. The carpet looked too soft today."
Lying on the ground, I answered Selene calmly while staring at the ceiling.
Yesterday, after Glutton returned using the window, I fell into a real sleep to rest.
But maybe because it was her first time killing a humanoid monster, Selene seemed to be having nightmares.
And as the one sleeping beside her, I was kicked brutally outside the bed. Not a simple push, no. She literally threw me into the wall!
Since then, I didn't dare to return to the bed.
"I'll make breakfast quickly." I said, excitement visible in my voice as I stood up. "Today we will have our first combat class!"

At 8 AM. We entered the training grounds for the first time. And as expected, it was filled with students. They were standing or sitting on the ground while talking casually.
