In an inhospitable desert, a human stood, surrounded by a greenish aura unleashed in a chaotic manner.
His eyes emitted a green glow, and his body was marked by various scars, witnesses to a brutal way of life.
However, he was not alone on this planet, far from home and from all civilization.
Another person faced him, showing no clear sign of fear before his intimidating presence.
Like the first, she radiated an unleashed and intimidating aura.
The only differences between them were the power emitted and the color of their aura (green for one, golden for the other).
They were respectively: Gorou and Goku Jr.
After spending four years together, Gorou had decided to organize a friendly fight against his subordinates to celebrate their exit from the confined species.
At first, he had "corrected" both factions at the same time, just to establish a clear hierarchy in their minds.
Then, he had summoned their two leaders for a discussion to explain how their fight would unfold.
Super C-17 had stayed on Earth, because he had to take back power over the planet from the hands of the King of Earth.
As for Goku Jr?
He found himself teleported to a distant planet, after Gorou announced the beginning of their fight.
That's how we got to this situation.
Gorou, sporting light scratches left by ki attacks during the "friendly" fights against both factions, stood facing Goku Jr, in great shape.
It had to be kept in mind that Gorou had forbidden attacks likely to damage the core of the unknown planet.
If a planet's core is damaged, then it will inevitably explode.
A waste of natural resources.
A bit frustrating, but he couldn't allow Goku Jr to give everything in this fight.
'Finally... I can fight this brat...'
Since assimilating the genes of a Frost Demon (Frieza's race) and a Saiyan, Gorou's body had finally a clear model to follow to evolve.
Moreover, thanks to his Light Black physique, he could activate or deactivate these genes like a switch in order to benefit from their abilities at will.
He had exploited the Zenkai effect of Saiyans to train, while benefiting at the same time from the innate talent of Frost Demons.
Thus, his power in base mode (human) had never stopped growing at an insane pace.
Of course, he had also trained his other racial transformations so as not to waste the potential of their genes.
"You seem lost in your thoughts, Master~" Goku Jr's voice wasn't his usual sympathetic tone.
There was expectation in his words, but also a form of excitement different from what a man feels toward a woman: a hunger for battle.
After this reply, the young man with golden hair immediately attacked.
The blow he struck created a shock wave powerful enough to make the air tremble and crack the ground, but Gorou blocked it without difficulty.
Dust and grains of sand were lifted by the ki shock of the two opponents.
Calmly, Gorou opened his mouth to respond:
"Distracted, yes... but I don't have any real threat in front of me, so..."
He said no more and attacked Goku Jr with a series of strikes in the Turtle Hermit style.
The young Saiyan didn't let himself be outdone, and the two adversaries exchanged strikes so powerful that their entire environment seemed to vibrate under the impact.
"You forgot, Master..."
While Gorou was clearly dominating Goku Jr, he was suddenly thrown backward by an invisible force.
It was as if he had hit a wall... except there was nothing in front of him.
His course ended against a hill, forming a crater.
Getting up from the destroyed area, he finally understood what was happening during the exchange of blows.
'Telekinesis...'
He had forgotten that his opponent was an Esper by nature before being a fighter.
But his troubles were just beginning.
Coming out of the crater and resuming his flight toward his target's location, he suddenly felt like a second sun above him.
Goku Jr was preparing to launch a large-scale attack, concentrating his Ki between his hands.
"I... I said no planetary-level attacks..." he let out in an annoyed tone.
"I'm making sure it doesn't reach the planet's core... but Master can handle a small attack of this level, can't he?" replied the excited voice of the young Saiyan, with a hint of amusement.
After hearing the teenager's response, Gorou immediately stopped his flight toward the battle-loving Saiyan.
"Ka... me... ha... me..." An alarming amount of energy began to cluster in Goku Jr's hands, as he took a legendary pose from Gorou's first life.
'Does he really want to blow up this planet?'
At the beginning of the fight between the two men, Goku Jr's strength was between 180 million and 190 million depending on his Ki application.
Now, it was intensifying under the effect of his concentration during the technique's execution.
'No wonder Raditz ended up badly because of his Scouter,' thought Gorou bitterly, after analyzing the situation.
This mental conclusion wasn't unjustified.
A rapid increase in an individual's strength could surprise an opponent without any understanding of martial arts.
A dangerous situation, if the main person concerned didn't quickly get back in hand.
Fortunately, Gorou was aware of this phenomenon.
'All this energy concentration is already altering this world's weather... I must end this sparring.'
Gorou could stop the young Saiyan thanks to Babidi's mark, but how could he sincerely respect him if he intervened like that?
He let out a weary sigh because of the only viable option in this situation, before using Saiyan mode for the first time in a real combat situation.
A primate tail sprouted from the bottom of his back, and new cells formed in his body thanks to the effects of his special physique.
He went from his original human body to a Saiyan effortlessly, at an almost instantaneous speed.
After his physical change, he immediately transformed into a Super Saiyan.
These rapid actions didn't go unnoticed by his opponent's eyes, who could feel Gorou's strength skyrocket.
Finally, it stabilized after reaching more than fifty times his base strength.
At that moment, Goku Jr, facing him, felt something he had forgotten because of his good relationship with his master: fear.
Gorou's strength in his base state (human and other race) is over 200 million units, which makes him clearly superior to Frieza in his final form during the Namek arc.
Now that he had transformed into SSJ1...
"Can we play more now? I'm sure the planet will hold, right Goku Jr?"
He clenched his hand for a few moments, like a small test during his speech, before turning his gaze toward the attack coming toward him.
Because of the instinctive fear that Gorou in Super Saiyan gave him, Goku Jr unleashed his attack without real restraint, because of the alarm signals that resonated endlessly in his mind.
However, this action made his case worse.
...
"Magnificent, simply magnificent."
While Gorou "gently educates" Goku Jr about restraint, major events are unfolding within the Millennium organization and on Earth.
Doctor Gero stood before his supercomputer, after receiving all of Gorou's data concerning Ki and Super C-17.
His goal in this approach was the improvement of his subordinate, but also a means of quickly acquiring the machine providing infinite energy.
He had even lent it to Nancy.
"I don't understand why you're so excited," she said, not grasping the atmosphere in place in the room.
Doctor Gero looked at her as if she suffered from a mental illness after hearing her remark.
"Poor fool... you really don't understand? This is the path to superior evolution! Immortality is only a minor step here..."
The mad scientist began explaining to Nancy the cyborg project he had been studying for a long time.
The more Nancy listened to the doctor, the more she was shocked by the genius of this scientist isolated in the Mechanicus department.
Yet, she couldn't accept certain things in this cyborg project under the old scientist's jurisdiction.
"Do you really have to... experiment so much?"
The creation of cyborgs required tests that would inevitably cost the lives of certain subjects at the beginning.
Nancy's tender heart didn't really appreciate the idea that an unknown number of people would sacrifice themselves for a "theoretical" project.
"Sacrifices are needed to change the world... Did you think Millennium's current state was built without blood spilled? Ridiculous..."
Faced with the brutality of reality that the old man showed through his words, the young scientist fell silent.
A satisfying reaction, but the good news for Gero didn't stop there.
[Great news! The King of Earth has agreed to abdicate after our message was sufficiently convincing.]
[We won!]
The loudspeakers, scattered throughout the base, were turned on before the chief of staff announced Millennium's takeover of Earth.
'I knew the creature created by the chief would be surprising, but it exceeded all my expectations.'
Even if it was a pleasant surprise, Gero felt an invisible pressure emanating from this news.
Unconsciously, a question came to his mind: does he really need cyborgs?
Gorou had sent him Super C-17 for improvement, but a random soldier from the Legion project had been able to conquer Earth without problem.
This situation began to sow doubt in his mind, but it was fortunately brief.
Doctor Gero chased away this idea before reviewing the data in his supercomputer.
The scientist didn't want to admit defeat to the young man who had become his boss.
"Wait a bit, supreme general... I'm going to sublimate Super C-17 and you're going to be shocked!"
...
"It's weird... why did Stanford suddenly disappear?"
In a dimension without any real logic, that many call the Nightmare Realm or simply Dimension 0.
There was a creature of an unusual form for a three-dimensional being.
The entity had the appearance of a yellow triangle, but possessed some additional details.
For example: an eye, a "top hat" and members similar to a badly made drawing.
Yes, this being is Bill Cipher.
(Image)
"No matter how much I search in Dimension 0 or Gravity Falls, there's not the slightest trace of Stanford... could he have fled to another dimension?"
The idea seemed the most logical, but Bill Cipher quickly rejected it after reflection.
During their confrontation, his old friend seemed determined to finish once and for all with their "story."
"Wait a minute! Am I stupid? Why did I think Stanford withdrew voluntarily?"
Bill Cipher took a look at the fabric of space-time at the place where Ford had disappeared before him.
It didn't take long for the yellow triangle to have a better idea of the situation.
"Another dimensional portal? But how? I always thought Gravity Falls was a special place because of the fabric between worlds, more fragile... but does another world exist or a part of the multiverse with sufficiently flexible laws?"
After hearing his conclusion out loud, Bill found this possibility absurd, but...
'It's the only "logical" explanation.'
He couldn't deny this eventuality, because "the Creator" had been gone for eons.
The only manager of the multiverse he knew calls himself a Guardian, so the possibility of another multiverse or an unknown area of the multiverse isn't null.
"It's unfortunate that this portal left no trace or dimensional instability... I could have... Grr..."
Bill swore mentally to try to calm his anger at his lack of vigilance.
He had literally missed the opportunity to invade another reality.
"It's not serious, Stanley almost succeeded anyway..."
If Stanley opened his portal, then Stanford Pines would logically be forcibly recalled to his world of origin.
Bill was counting on using this element of Stanford's dimensional portal to find him, but not only.
He was also counting on obtaining information about the other part of the multiverse that was unknown to him.
"Not one world... but two... hehe~ I can't wait."
…
Author's Note: Many of you who haven't read the information on Gravity Falls or seen the story might be confused. So I'll explain it here (this isn't a spoiler, and it's knowledge you can find online with a bit of lore research).
Gravity Falls takes place in a multiverse (with an infinite number of timelines, which all end badly because of Stanford—except one).
In this multiverse, there exists a creator (mentioned by Stanford in a journal, and whom the Guardian stated as "gone").
Thus, the Gravity Falls multiverse is a bit like that of Tensura: a multiverse without a clear master, with multiple worlds or dimensions.
As for how the dimensional portal could reach so far… normally, that's impossible (although there's no clear limit to its power, I don't think it's at a complex multiverse or hyperverse level).
Consider this element as the fault of the System and the DxD universe (Rei and Alpha).
The System gave Gorou a terrifying level of intelligence (Stanford pines), which allowed him to modify the dimensional portal by combining it with the devils' imagination magic (then Alpha modified it again) to detect Gorou Hyoudou (he had fully absorbed the Stanford Pines model at that point).
The System intervenes here again, as it forces the information of Stanford and Gorou to the quantum level.
So, in trying to extract only Gorou from the multiverse, it also pulled a version of Stanford due to the intervention of the Great Sage on the demon magic of the modified portal.
Now you know ;)
As for which version of Ford Pines (good timeline or bad timeline)?
I won't say, lol.
But now you know that, in an infinite number of timelines, Bill Cipher will always win… except one.
And don't complain about the note… it's a chapter with over 1,950 words.
