As I looked at my malnourished body, which seemed to bend and fold like brittle twigs, I could feel my tears running down my face
I was diagnosed with cancer some time ago, and even with treatments, the cancer has spread
Just moving a part of my body causes significant pain due to it. I could barely eat or sleep, and it's been like this for months
"I am so tired"
I started to remember that a new Overlord series will be released soon, then felt sad as I realised that I won't be able to hold on till then
"Haha, I feel so weak, and sad, I really am dying, life is so unfair."
I wipe a tear from my face, wondering why this happened. And just this simple action makes me feel so much pain, I can barely stand it

As I looked toward the voice, I saw my Father and Mother smiling weakly at me, their sorrow and grief evident on their face as they entered my room
They must have heard what I said earlier. I wanted to apologise for saying those things after all, which parent will not be heartbroken hearing their child say what I just said earlier, however, before I could speak, my father said
"Our beloved son, why don't you close your eyes and rest? Your mother and I will be here watching over you." They both sat on a sofa close to my bed and looked at me lovingly
The two of them went out for a few minutes to talk to my doctor, hoping for some miracle. But looking at my body and with all this pain I'm feeling, I don't need to ask them what the doctor said, I already know what's about to happen
Even though I kept on trying to live a bit longer while waiting for a miracle just like them, it was all for nothing. Will power alone is not enough to overcome it, as my body is starting to give up, no, it has given up
"Thank you both for taking care of me."
I am grateful for all the things they have done for me; they are the best parents I could ask for, even if I was bedridden and the hospital expenses were piling up, they never once blamed me for it
They both nodded
"Father and mother, I am really tired. I will rest now." I fought through the pain and smiled as wide as I could after saying that
My father and mother smiled back at me while tears were running down their faces
"We will meet again someday, our son."
And with that, I closed my eyes, and my consciousness started to fade

I bent down and touched the marble floor. I noticed that my hands were no longer as pale as before; instead, they were smooth and radiant like how they used to be, and on my fingers are multiple luxurious-looking rings that I am not familiar with
The pain I've been feeling throughout my body also disappeared. Like everything that I endured was just a dream
'This place looks so majestic, am I inside the throne room of Nazarick?'
Nazarick, or the Great Tomb of Nazarick, is a place where different races, like demons, dragons, monsters, even dark elves, undead vampires, etc., reside. The main characters from one of my favourite anime treat this place as their home
This place is composed of 10 floors, and the throne room where I am currently inside is the 10th floor, the deepest floor of The Great Tomb of Nazarick
"Lord Renz-sama what's wrong?"
I heard it again, the voice filled with sensuality and temptation. As I looked towards where it was coming from, I saw her, standing beside the throne made of pure gold
"Albedo"
A beautiful and striking black haired demoness, with a slender yet curvaceous figure that is both alluring and intimidating. Her skin has a pale, porcelain-like complexion, giving her an otherworldly appearance
She's wearing a flowing white dress with intricate lace details and a plunging neckline, which accentuates her curves, and on her waist are a pair of black angel wings
As she looks at me, her golden eyes seem like they're piercing through my very soul, suddenly a blue screen pops out beside her

'What is going on? Deeply in love with me? Isn't she supposed to be deeply in love with Momonga? The Main Character? And what is that blue screen beside her?
Although I have dreamed of meeting her, talking to her in the streets, and even going on dates with her as her lover, this is my first time being inside Nazarick
Everything is also far too detailed, as I can clearly see the different patterns on the walls, floors, and even the ceiling that I don't even remember seeing from the anime
But are dreams always like this? Then once I wake up, everything will be hazy again?
I started feeling ecstatic as I asked her, "Albedo, who am I?" while hoping to be her lover once again in this dream
She kneeled, looked at me lovingly, and replied, "You are the last of the 41 supreme beings, our ultimate master, as well as the man I love."
I was surprised with her answer as I didn't expect that in this dream, I'm their leader, something I have never dreamed of before because in my previous dreams it's always just me and her and some extras not even worth remembering
Just thinking about the different things I could do with the entire Nazarick under my command makes me not wanna wake up
"Lord Renz-sama, did you not like my answer?" I noticed her eyes started to become teary, so I immediately replied
"Haha, not at all, Albedo. I liked it very much, and I love you too."
Albedo started to run towards me, beaming with joy. I was taken aback at first because I just casually replied to her question, not thinking much of it. Then my eyes were drawn to the sight of her big breasts swaying up and down
I started to remember how much I fantasised about her, I even went to some Fan Convention back then just to see if someone cosplayed her. I can't believe I'll have such an erotic dream in my last moments
"Really Lord Renz-sama?"
She seemed to be planning to hug me, so I didn't even hesitate, and like a simp, I opened my arms widely and accepted it
"Lord Renz-sama, I can't believe you will allow this lowly being to hug you like this."
Tears began to run down her lovely face as I hugged her warm and alluring body, but not long after, I started smelling her aroma
As I breathed in deeper, the scent grew stronger, filling my lungs. I could feel it spreading through my body, like a gentle warmth that seeped into my very bones
My heart began to beat faster, and my pulse quickened as my body responded to the alluring fragrance
As I stood, entranced by the scent, I felt myself becoming more and more entranced
Suddenly, a blue light beamed over me from above, clearing my mind. My eyes widened as I looked at the blue light covering my entire body, as I remember that in the anime, this blue light suppresses intense emotions like anger or, in this case, lust
All the while, she's pressing her face into the fabric of my shirt, she started inhaling deeply, taking in my scent, her breathing became more rapid and shallow, the she suddenly looked up at me
"Lord Renz-sama, let's do it here and now," she said like a crazed person lost in her desire. She doesn't seem to notice the blue light that beamed on me for a moment
"Albedo, wait!" I said in a slightly loud tone and gently pushed her away
I took a few steps back as I realised something, it all makes sense now. No wonder there are some things that I don't remember seeing in the anime
That blue thing beside her that has her information, her smell, and the warmth of her body, and the feeling I experienced from hugging a succubus, just like what I read in novels
It's because I'm not dreaming, I must have died and arrived here
