Tundra Casting -- Allows ninjas to cast in the Land of Iron territory. Can be obtained if endured the cold for a certain amount of time.
Chakra Sense -- Different from any jutsu, Allows the Samurai/Ninja to sense the strongest chakra around them and pinpoint where it's coming from. (This will be introduced in later chapters.)
