"Now, where is this place?" I thought to myself as I used my Mana Vision to scan the area.
Since I was a slime, that meant that I didn't actually have eyes to see with and could only use Mana Vision to see.
That was why it was part of the basic skills that were offered to those that took the slime race.
The first thing that I saw was the corpses of the humans that I had just killed.
It wasn't as if that was my fault, they were the ones that wanted to kill me first.
So it could only be considered self defense for me to take care of them like this.
But after thinking about it, it felt like it would be a waste to leave these corpses out here.
Opening up my 'mouth', I surrounded these corpses with my slime body and swallowed them. After they were swallowed, it didn't take long before this slime body of mine broke down these corpses.
But the moment that it did, I couldn't help laughing to myself.
If I had a face, a smile would have appeared on it for sure.
