Sunday had passed by in a blur and today marked a new day.
"Done" Jude had finished the design sent to him,the next one would be in the next six months."This is why I love my job,less stress more money" he thought as he looked casually at the wall clock"two thirty". He quickly went to bath and threw on anything he had,he eventually ended up wearing an ash shirt and black jean on simple sneakers.
Earlier on Kyle had sent Jude the directions to his private home and Jude followed it eventually stopping in front of a huge white mansion. He looked around and saw one of the helpers signalling the security to allow him in.
He followed the servant who led him to Kyle's room. Opening the door he looked around as he saw how neat the room was, the colour of the wall were cream,the bed frame cream and the sheets were cream also.
"Welcome to my humble abode" Kyle came out holding a crystal ball. "All you have to do is place your hand here" he held the ball towards him.
Placing his hand on it,Jude saw the crystal ball remain clear, nothing changed,he looked at Kyle giving him the"what does that mean look".
Kyle looked at the crystal ball then Jude
"You don't have an ability."
Jude didn't reply, sure he wanted to have an ability but if he didn't,he couldn't make himself have one.
"Don't be like that,let's go out,I did promise you a drink."
Reaching the bar,Jude sat at one of the round chair infront of the counter after ordering a drink.
"Come on Cia,order something" Jude turned around to see a girl with long red curly hair and beautiful green eyes persuading a lightly tanned girl with black long wavy hair covering her left eye and grey eyes sitting behind the librarian girl.
As if on cue,the librarian girl turned around to Jude,"hey, I know you, you're the guy that came to the library on Saturday"she smiled.
Jude only nodded
"I'm Aviva,this is Evette" she motioned her hand to the red head "and this is Ciara" she waved her hand to the black haired girl.
"Jude" his reply was short but not rude.
Kyle came in holding two bottles of drinks as he handed one to Jude.
"Hello, I'm Kyle"
"So girls what brings you to this club" Kyle brought up a conversation.
"We just came to relax" Aviva responded cheerfully,it seemed like she was the group's mouthpiece.
"You guys thinking of joining the tournament, it's for one month." Kyle saved the conversation from dying.
"Funny, why'd you ask?,you never asked us if we had an ability, we could be one of the minority you know" Evette spoke up.
Kyle rubbed his nape sheepishly.
"But you do have?,don't you?" he met their gazes which seemed to give a positive reply.
"I can control air" Aviva looked at him, nodding he looked at the other two girls.
"I can manipulate fire." He nodded at Evette then looked at Ciara, who seemed to lose interest in the topic.
"I can control water" she continued her drink.
It was already quarter past eight when Evette checked the time."Well boys thank you for this grand night but we have to start going" she stood up and passed a piece of paper to Jude and Kyle. It contained their contact numbers.
Kyle looked back at the retreating figures and looked at Jude"we better get going too" he stood up and walked out the door with Jude when they separated ways.

"Jude duck" was the first thing he heard when he opened the door,he turned to the direction of the voice and saw a plate frozen in mid air."What the?,Freya what's happening?" He shot an inquisitive look.
"Well um,today Luka and I went to check a ball and it turns out I can freeze things in motion and Luka has teleportation,isn't it great I have an ability although I still need to get the hang of it"she jumped around happily.
"Isn't freezing the same as ice? He deadpanned and Freya basically sweatdropped.
"No, people with ice abilities are different,I don't use ice to freeze things,it just freezes, it's sort of like locking their motion in place"she lectured him.
He congratulated Freya then headed to his room,he showered and wore his sleepwear "so I don't have an ability" was the last thing he muttered before falling into dream world.
