Chopper and Nami went stiff in the face. They never imagined their luck could be this terrible, running into this legendary man first.
The one walking toward them with clenched fists, step by step, was none other than the true master of Sabaody Archipelago…

"So you really came," Ozz said with a faint smile. "I thought you'd try to run."
"Chopper! Nami! Run! Go tell Zoro and the others, Uncle Ozz is with me!!!"
"But… Luffy, you!!!"
Chopper couldn't bear leaving Luffy behind. After hearing Rayleigh's words, he finally understood just how terrifying the man in front of them truly was.
But Nami didn't hesitate. She scooped Chopper up and bolted.
Ozz watched as Nami circled past him and sprinted toward the center of Area 23, his gaze calm and unreadable.
"Such a pretty girl… and a genius at growing tangerines too. Hard to dislike her."
"Hey!!! Uncle Ozz!!!"
Seeing Ozz's eyes follow them, Luffy shouted to pull his attention back.
"Your opponent is me right now!!!"
Gear Second!!!
"Hiss…"
Luffy braced a hand on his knee, one fist pressed to the ground. Steam surged from his body as he fully entered Gear Second.
Ozz had no intention of chasing them. He simply slid on a pair of black gloves.
"If I'm using my fists against rubber… then pure hand to hand won't cut it."
"Huh?!"
Luffy blinked.
In that tiny moment, Ozz was already in front of him.
Staring at the fist right in his face, Luffy shouted, "It's useless! I'm rubber! Fists can't…"
"Pwah!!!"
Bang bang bang!!!
The instant their fists met, a familiar, unforgettable pain exploded through Luffy's whole body.
What was this?!
"Fists don't work on rubber," Ozz said lightly, "but a Fist of Love is different."
"Damn it!!!"
Luffy threw himself into it, punching furiously.
Gum Gum Gatling!!!
"Instant Shift Punch."
Eighteen year old Ozz looked like he'd rediscovered the hot blood of youth. With the Warp Warp Fruit boosting him, his punches became even faster than Luffy's Gatling…
And even more painful.
Before long, Luffy was blasted backward. His fists were already torn open, slick with blood.
"Still don't get it? This is the difference between low class pirates and high class pirates!!!"

For the first time in his life, Luffy tasted the helplessness of facing someone who could see the future.
Ozz simply stood there, calmly cracking his wrist.
"Alright… playtime's about over."

This lawless zone had already been cleared out by Sami's people, so there wouldn't be any collateral damage.
"Move! Find the others and help Luffy!!!"
Chopper shifted into reindeer form, carrying Nami on his back as he sprinted.
They'd agreed to regroup beneath the trees in Area 23.
"I see them!!!"
Nami was frantic. The moment she spotted Robin and the others, she shouted.
"Hey!!! Robin!!! Brook!!!"
Robin and the others saw them too, and everyone spoke at once.
"Luffy (Zoro, Sanji) ran into Ozz! Hurry…"
They all froze mid sentence.
"Ozz is with Sanji and Zoro? How is that possible…"
Nami stared in disbelief.
"I'm sure," Robin said, face tight with urgency. "That was definitely Mr. Ozz."
"I… we saw him too!!!" Usopp babbled, panicked.
They stood there, confused and torn, not knowing which direction to rush first.
Then footsteps sounded in the distance.
"That's…!!!"
Those footsteps had become their nightmare. The instant they heard them, their bodies went rigid.
They turned.
Black Spear Ozz, the real one, was approaching.
"Looks like you've already met my clones," he said with a faint smile. "New generation pirates."
A black spear hung at his waist as he walked closer.
With each step, wisps of Conqueror's Haki leaked out without effort.
In an instant, their legs went weak. Their bodies began to tremble.
"This…!!!"
"It's the same power Rayleigh used at the auction house!!!"
"My hands… I can't even move them…"
The man in the black formal suit and sweeping cloak didn't need to do anything.
Just standing there, he stripped them of the ability to resist.
"Why are you here?!" Nami forced herself upright and screamed. "What happened to Luffy and the others?!"
"Them?" Ozz rubbed his chin, as if genuinely thinking.
"No idea. Maybe they're dead."
"Let's call them over and see."
He snapped his fingers.
As if appearing from thin air, the three main fighters of the Straw Hat crew materialized in midair and rolled backward when they landed.
Their bodies were covered in heavy injuries.
"Luffy! Zoro! Sanji!!!"
"Don't come over!!!"
All three shouted at the same time, eyes filled with terror and savage desperation.
The rest of the crew stopped dead.
Because the moment the three landed, three figures appeared as well, each one positioned in front of them.
One smoked calmly, black flames and lightning coiling around his leg.
Demon King Wind Leg Ozz.
One held a black blade, black red thunder raging and wrapping around the entire sword.
Divine Departure Ozz.
And one adjusted his collar with one hand, the other clenched into a fist blazing with a brilliant cross shaped radiance.
Fist Bone Ozz.
Behind them stood the real Ozz, black spear at his waist.
Three against three.
The three core fighters stood shoulder to shoulder, each facing a different Ozz.
And every one of those Ozz had taken their fighting style to the extreme.
If those finishing moves had landed even slightly cleaner, it wouldn't have just been heavy injuries.
As for the real one…
He stood in front of the rest of the Straw Hats.
Luffy stared at the scene, eyes bloodshot to the point of bursting.
Ozz spoke softly, almost casually.
"If you could travel anywhere… where would you go?"
"No!!!"
Luffy broke down, sobbing.
