He looked around the room. "Does anyone object?"
Everyone shook their heads. Even Nora.
"What about your other people?" asked Katie. "Like Heidy and Phineas and the others."
"I'm not comfortable with the idea of you all being ogled by Lars, Phineas, or Heidy. Nora and Rina excluded, they're free to be ogled by whoever they want."
"What about Astrid and Cindy?" asked Katie.
"Cindy is Heidy's partner, so no. As for Astrid, it's too soon to be inviting her to something like this. Maybe later."
As for Page, he hadn't heard anything from her, so he assumed she was doing okay.
He wasn't interested in her romantically, and he'd only soul bonded her as a way to mitigate the risk of her becoming stalkery. It seemed to have worked, so he didn't see a need to involve her in anything.
Once she got closer to graduating and actually joining the military for real, he'd talk to her and see if she could be useful to him.
"Okay, this Saturday we will spend the day on the beach."
