"Did you two see the posting?" Ron asks. "Students from two other schools are coming here to be selected for the tournament!"
"Surely you didn't think that the champions were only going to be picked from Hogwarts, did you?" Hermione asks.
"Well...um…" Ron stammers.
Harry chuckles. "It sounds like he did."
Lavender sighs. "You would think I would be surprised, but I'm not."
"Hey!" Ron exclaims. "I thought you at the very least would be on my side."
"Oh, Ron." Lavender says then kisses him. "I love you, but I'm not always going to be on your side. Especially if you're not thinking things through."
Ron mumbles something quietly. "What was that?" Lavender asks.
"I love you too, Lavender." Ron says.
Hermione gasps when she sees the look on Lavender's face. "That's the first time he's said it!"
"Come on, Dear." Harry says. "I think they need a minute." Hermione nods and they walk off.
Dumbledore catches them in the hallway. "Harry, Hermione, I was hoping to talk to you both about something."
'He's using our first names.' Harry thinks to Hermione.
"'Means he wants something.' Hermione mentally replies before smiling at Dumbledore. "Headmaster, what can we do for you?"
"I was hoping to call in a favor owed." Dumbledore answers. "I'd like to charm your rings so that the visiting schools don't see them."
"You want us to not tell them we're married?" Hermione asks.
"If you're asked, then answer honestly." Dumbledore says. "Since you're so young I'm afraid you may offend our guests."
"How so?" Hermione asks.
"From my understanding, they're a little stricter on the age requirements for marriage than we are here." Dumbledore explains.
Harry nods. "If you think it would be that big of a deal, then very well."

The entire school had gathered together in anticipation of the arrival of the delegations from the other two schools. Amanda looks at the group of students she's standing with. Because the group contained Harry and Hermione the other groups gave their group a little more space.
"This is just so unreal." Amanda says. "What are the odds that the year I transfer Hogwarts hosts the legendary Tri-wizard tournament?"
"Yes, you're certainly lucky to be here.' Hermione says, sarcastically.
"Is something wrong?" Amanda asks.
Hermione sighs. "Just a bad feeling."
Harry puts his arm around Hermione. "It'll be alright, Dear."
A gasp is heard from some of the students. "Look up!" Someone says. They all look up only to see a huge carriage being drawn by a team of flying horses.
"That's one way to make an entrance." Harry says.
"It is impressive." Hermione says.
"The flying horses?" Lavender asks.
"The massive carriage, I'd love to see the spell work it takes to make that fly." Hermione says.
"Of course, she's interested in spell work." Ron says.
"Would you expect any less?" Harry asks.
"Hey! I want to know that too!" Amanda exclaims.
"It's official, they're related." Neville says and everyone laughs.
The horses glide down, the carriage landing barely disturbing the grass. Right as it does someone notices something with the lake. Everyone turns their attention to the lake as a ghostly sailing ship rises from the lake.
"Okay, I even want to know how they did that." Lavender says.

After all the delegates got off their respective vessels everyone gathered in a very crowded great hall. The students from the other schools had mixed right in each school having groups go to the individual tables.
'I swear we should never have agreed with Dumbledore's request.' Harry says through the bond. 'They think we're siblings for crying out loud!'
'Between that and the strange food, my stomach is upset.' Hermione thinks back.
"Ron," Harry says quietly. "Hermione's not feeling well, we're going to head up."
Ron nods. "I'll let you know if you miss anything."

Harry is woken up by the sound of Hermione retching in their bathroom. He gets up, glad he no longer actually needs his glasses, and heads to the bathroom. He finds Hermione kneeling by the toilet, her hair tied back in a messy ponytail. "Mione?"
Hermione groans. "Whatever I ate last night, remind me not to eat it again."
Harry kneels beside her and rubs her back. "You think you need to see Madam Pomfrey?"
Hermione shakes her head. "I'm sure it was just dinner. Remember our first year when I went home for winter break?" Harry nods. "We went to the Swiss alps and I got sick like this from the local cuisine." Hermione groans and throws up again.
"Was it this bad?" Harry asks.
"I threw up until lunch the next day." Hermione says.
"Is there anything I can get you to help?" Harry asks.
"Some dry toast and either peppermint or ginger tea would be nice." Hermione says.
"I'll head down to the hall and get you some."
Hermione groans. "Go ahead and eat, it'll give my stomach time to settle on it's own."
By the time Harry returns from breakfast he finds Hermione curled up in bed asleep. Deciding not to wake her he places her toast and tea down. He grabs the book he's reading and heads out to the common room.
"Hey, where's cus?" Amanda asks.
"She 's back asleep now." Harry answers. "Seems the strange food last night didn't agree with her."
#####
Around lunch, Harry feels Hermione stirring through their bond. He goes back to their room, a cup of tea in his hand. "Hey, how are you feeling?" He asks.
Hermione sits up."Better I think." She sees the toast and tea on her nightstand. She sees the tea in his hand.
"This one is fresher." Harry explains.
Hermione grabs her wand and warms up the tea before taking it and sipping it "This is good."
"When I told Amanda you were sick she insisted on making the tea." Harry says.
"She did it perfectly." Hermione says as she finishes the tea. "I don't quite think I'm ready for a meal yet. Think you could get me some fresh toast and maybe some jam?"
Harry smiles. "Sure."
"I'm going to shower, so eat first."
"I'm so glad your stomach settled down for dinner." Harry says as they walk to the Great Hall.
"Me too, I'm hungry." Hermione says as they walk into the room. The smells of the food hit them and Hermione turns green quickly running to a nearby bathroom.
Harry follows her as she rushes into the girl's bathroom. "Boy entering the bathroom!" He shouts, when he doesn't hear any response except Hermione retching again he goes in. He uses a sticking charm to prop the door open so that others will hesitate before entering. "Mione?"
"Here," Hermione says as she flushes the toilet.
"You okay?"
"I'm not sure, the smell of the food suddenly made me nauseous."
"Let's go have Madam Pomfrey check you out."
"I'll go by myself, you stay and see who the champions are. We can communicate through our bond." Hermione says.
"Are you sure?" Harry asks.
"Yes."
Harry goes back into the Great Hall and finds Ron and Lavender. "Everything alright?" Ron asks.
"Not really." Harry replies. "Hermione's still not feeling well, she's going to go see Madam Pomfrey. She insisted I stay for when they select the champions."
"I'll go check on her, and take her to the nurse." Lavender says.
"You don't want to be here when they announce the champions?" Harry asks.
"I'll be fine, Ron will tell me every detail later." Lavender says.
'Dear, are you still in the bathroom I left you?' Harry sends to Hermione.
'I was just about to leave.'
'Lavender wants to make sure you get to Pomphrey.'
'Send her on. I'll wait. "
Harry tells Lavender where to find Hermione. Once she does she helps Hermione to the infirmary. "They made it." Harry says.
Ron nods. "Good to hear."
"If I may have your attention the Goblet should begin selecting champions any moment now." Dumbledore says.
=Infirmary=
"Missus Potter, Miss Brown, what are you two doing here?"
"I think the exotic food last night did something to me." Hermione explains. "I've been vomiting all day and just the smell of food will make me nauseous."
=Great Hall=
The Goblet flares up and a piece of parchment flies to Dumbledore's hand. "From Beauxbatons, Fleur Delacour!"
The Beauxbaton students cheer as the blonde witch steps to the front.
=Infirmary=
"Miss Brown, I appreciate you bringing her, but I must ask you to leave." Pomfrey says.
"Of course." Lavender says as she leaves the infirmary.
"Now let me examine you." Madam Pomfrey says.
=Great Hall=
The Goblet flares up again, and another paper flies to Dumbledore. "From Hogwarts, Cedric Diggory!"
Harry and the other Hogwarts students go wild as Cedric steps forward.
=Infirmary=
'Cedric's a good choice." Hermione sends to Harry as Pomfrey casts the diagnostic spell on her.
=Great Hall=
Another flare from the Goblet, another piece of paper in Dumbledore's hand. "From Durmstrang, Viktor Krum!"
"Blimey!" Ron whispers as Viktor steps forward. "I saw him play at the World Cup, he's good."
=Infirmary=
"Well, Missus Potter, it's not the food." Pomfrey says./
=Great Hall=
Suddenly the Goblet flares up again producing another piece of parchment that goes to Dumbledore's hand. The hall goes quiet as he looks it over.
=Infirmary=
"Then what is it?" Hermione asks.
=Great Hall=
"Harry Potter!" Dumbledore finally says.
=Infirmary=
"You're pregnant." Pomfrey answers at the same time.
