Chapter 4 - Eye for an Eye

Li Hui stared at Zhou Yang, his sharp gaze so cold it could freeze blood. He said harshly, "You little bastard, the consequences of hurting my grandson will be severe."

Facing Li Hui's overwhelming aura, Zhou Yang showed no fear, his expression calm and composed. He replied coldly, "Your grandson got what he deserved."

Seeing Zhou Yang's unshaken demeanor, Li Hui was inwardly shocked. He realized this young man was no ordinary opponent. To restore the Li family's dignity and avenge Li Qiang, he had to teach Zhou Yang a brutal lesson.

Without another word, Li Hui suddenly lashed out, his fists enveloped in swirling white qi that pulsed with eerie energy. A fierce gale erupted in the room, strong enough to make the skin of onlookers three meters away sting.

This was the might of a fourth-level Profound Heaven Qi Force master. The white qi surrounding his fists was pure, condensed energy—powerful enough to split mountains and shatter boulders.

The students witnessing this scene were awestruck. They had never seen such a formidable expert before, and in their eyes, no matter how strong Zhou Yang was, he was doomed to a miserable defeat.

Lin Qinglu clenched her fists nervously, her palms slick with sweat. Silently, she prayed for Zhou Yang. Honestly, she wished she could stand in front of him and take the blow herself.

This time, Zhou Yang was prepared. He raised his fists, gritted his teeth, and charged forward.

As he moved, the Profound Heaven Qi Force inside him surged like a raging flood, pouring into his fists. Instantly, his fists swelled to more than twice their normal size, and two streaks of white qi shot out like cannonballs, hurtling toward Li Hui.

Half a meter before impact—

**BOOM! BOOM!**

Two deafening explosions erupted, forcing the nearby students to cover their ears in pain.

Li Hui's body was sent flying. He flipped twice in midair before crashing to the ground, staggering several steps before barely managing to steady himself.

His expression was grave as he stared fixedly at Zhou Yang. In his sixty years of life, he had encountered countless experts, but never before had he met someone so young—barely in his teens—who had already surpassed the fifth level of the Profound Heaven Qi Force. It was unbelievable, and he couldn't help but reassess the boy before him.

He was intimately familiar with all the top experts in Spring River City. Yet, this young man named Zhou Yang was completely unknown to him. *Could he be a descendant of one of the major qi cultivation clans?* But usually, young masters from such prestigious families wouldn't appear in a third-tier city like Spring River. Whatever the case, he needed to investigate Zhou Yang's background first.

"Young master, may I ask where you come from? And who is your teacher?"

His tone had softened considerably, and the killing intent around him had mostly dissipated. He knew he was no match for Zhou Yang and had no intention of continuing the fight.

Zhou Yang hadn't expected his own strength to be so overwhelming—a single move had sent a fourth-level expert flying. He couldn't help but feel ecstatic. Li Hui's question struck him as so ridiculous that he burst out laughing.

Li Hui's face burned with humiliation at Zhou Yang's laughter. He felt mocked, as if he had been publicly slapped.

But there was nothing he could do. He was outmatched.

In this world, strength was everything.

Li Qiang, seeing Zhou Yang's laughter, grew even more furious. He roared, "Second Uncle, kill this bastard Zhou Yang now!"

He still hadn't realized that his great-uncle was no match for Zhou Yang. In his eyes, with Li Hui present, defeating Zhou Yang should have been effortless.

Li Hui snapped coldly, "Shut the hell up."

Li Qiang immediately fell silent, though his heart burned with humiliation and hatred. He wanted nothing more than to grind Zhou Yang's bones to dust.

The other Li family experts, all at the third level of the Profound Heaven Qi Force, were itching to act. They couldn't tolerate Zhou Yang's mockery either. But without Li Hui's order, none dared to move.

One of them whispered to Li Hui, "Second Uncle, this little bastard is too arrogant. Let's attack together and kill him."

They were no fools—they could tell Li Hui was outmatched.

But Li Hui shook his head. He knew that even if all his subordinates attacked at once, they stood no chance. In his estimation, Zhou Yang had to be at least a sixth-rank Qi Refiner—a sixth-level Profound Heaven Qi Force master.

A sixth-rank Qi Refiner was an overwhelmingly powerful existence. One could easily take on five or six fifth-rank experts. Even thirty or forty third-rank Qi Refiners working together wouldn't be able to defeat a single sixth-rank master.

Zhou Yang looked at Li Hui and the others, smirking. "If you still want to fight, go ahead. I'll gladly oblige. To be honest, I've only thrown one move—I'm not even warmed up yet."

Li Hui understood now—this young man was deliberately provoking the Li family. He had no intention of continuing the fight. He just wanted to take Li Qiang and leave, then regroup with Li Jinglei to plan their next move.

So he took two steps forward and said politely, "Young master, let's end this matter here today."

With that, he shot a glance at his subordinates, signaling them to take Li Qiang and leave.

But at that moment, Zhou Yang spoke coldly, "Leaving won't be that easy. First, Li Qiang has to crawl between my legs."

On this day in his past life, Zhou Yang had suffered a broken leg and was forced to endure the humiliation of crawling between Li Qiang's legs in front of hundreds of students. Today, he would return the favor—**an eye for an eye.**

Li Qiang nearly vomited blood upon hearing this. Crawling between Zhou Yang's legs in front of so many people? He'd rather die. There was no way he would do such a thing.

He roared at Zhou Yang, "Go to hell! I'd never do that!"

Li Hui and the others also turned pale at Zhou Yang's words. They all felt he was pushing things too far.

Li Hui glared at Zhou Yang and said sternly, "Don't push your luck."

Meanwhile, the Martial Arts Society members and the surrounding students watched with bated breath, eager to see whether Li Qiang would actually submit.

Zhou Yang said coldly, "If you won't crawl between my legs, then I'll just beat you to the ground and step over you instead."

Seeing the situation turning dire, Li Hui stared at Zhou Yang for half a minute before suddenly snapping at Li Qiang, "Crawl between his legs."

No matter what, they had run into a brick wall this time. They had no choice but to swallow their pride. Revenge would have to wait.

Li Qiang had always feared his great-uncle. Hearing this order, he gritted his teeth and suddenly hatched a plan. "Fine. I'll crawl."
