The clouds loomed dark overhead, and a fierce wind whipped through the air. The four brothers, swords in hand, charged at the soldiers one by one. But just then, the skies opened up, pouring rain and flashing with lightning, while a thick fog enveloped everything.
Jonathan Julies felt disoriented; the fog was so dense that he could barely see, and a sharp pain coursed through his body. It was a pain unlike anything he had ever experienced, yet he couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from.
Moments later, Julies collapsed. Though he was aware of his surroundings, his eyes remained shut. As he struggled to open them, he found himself caught in a haze, unsure if he was alive or had crossed over to the other side.
When he attempted to move his hands, a burning sensation shot through his skin. They felt so heavy that lifting them seemed impossible.
Then, out of nowhere, a strange sound broke through the chaos. He could hear his brothers calling out, but when he tried to respond, only a garbled noise escaped his lips. The sounds were jarring, painful even, and while he could recognize his brothers' voices, he couldn't reply.
Suddenly, he jolted awake, slowly prying his eyes open. Two white lines flickered in front of him, and then a shadowy figure approached, urging him to take up a sword and join the fight.
For a moment, he thought he was dreaming. But as he looked around, he saw his brothers battling fiercely, blood splattered everywhere. A strange sensation crept up his back, and when he reached out, he grasped something heavy. It was a white sword. With determination, he grabbed another sword with his other hand and charged into the fray.
One by one, he took down the soldiers. With this sword, the fight felt almost effortless, and before long, he had dispatched many foes. Not only did the soldiers fall, but their bodies began to vanish into thin air.
After clearing out all the guards from Section A, he mounted his horse and galloped toward the border of Section D, where Shakjus Ka was locked in battle with his brothers.
