Alex left the room to meet with his mother before he leaves for Gotham.
Looking at his son's face, Alex's mother couldn't help but say in a worried tone.
"Is it really necessary, for you to go to Gotham"
"Yes Mom, it is really necessary. Don't worry James will be there to take care of me"
"I hope so, your father is busy due to the weapons deal with the government. That's why he couldn't come"
"I understand Mom, it's not a big deal"
"Alex, just be safe"
"Obviously Mom," Alex said with a small smile on his face.
"Miss, the car is ready" at that moment James entered the room.
Alex's mother sighed and said "Call me when you reach there"
"Bye Mom"
After saying his goodbyes, Alex left for Gotham.

A Black limousine cruised through the bustling streets. Alex looked at the signboards flashing by, the restaurants, the tall buildings, etc.
As Alex kept on observing the outside, he noticed that this scenery, this city looked quite familiar, however he couldn't remember where.
"James, what is the name of this city"
"Young master, this is the Jump City. Miss didn't want to risk anything, that's we she order me to take you from this route"
'Jump City, isn't where the headquarters of Teen Titans are located' Alex thought to himself.
"Very well, then so be it"
Alex said as he looked outside the window, slightly tilting his head back.
Gotham City
The moment the car crossed the bridge and entered Gotham City. Alex felt a sudden change in the air.
Gotham had a gloomy atmosphere. Dark Grey clouds enveloped the entire sky. And there was this weird dark aura that seemed to cover Gotham like a shadow.
However, it wasn't only Alex that felt this weird atmosphere.
"Young Master, are you sure you want to stay here? This place,...it's not a suitable place to live"
James said in a slightly tensed voice.
"Don't have to worry James, I will be fine."
Alex said with a slight smile. 'It should be them that should be worried'

The car came to a sudden stop. Alex slowly opened his eyes. James slowly turned around and said "We have arrived, Master Alex"
He stretched his hand, before yawning slightly, "That was a longer trip than I imagined."
Alex smirked as he got out of the car and looked at the huge mansion in front of him. It is at times like these, that makes him realize how much money their family has.
If he wasn't in the DC universe, he would have probably spent the rest of his life playing with money.
His mansion was near the Gotham seaside. The waves crashed against the rocks below. The mansion looked like it came out of a freaking movie.
It was at this moment, James came and stood behind Alex
"This is a fitting mansion for someone of your stature, Master Alex, Though I hope the Gotham City's unique environment doesn't ruin this for you"
"On the contrary James, I think Gotham and I are going to be very good friends"
With a chuckle, James answered "I hope so Master Alex. I have already told the servants inside to come and pick up the bags for you"
Saying that, James walked towards the car with his hands resting in front of him. He bowed slightly as he said "Well then, Master Alex if there is nothing else, I shall take my leave"
