After work, Kieran picked up Josephine.
In the car, Josephine was busy retweeting and commenting, trying hard to push the gossip news onto the trending list.
While she was "fighting," Josephine huffed, "The Howard family is so despicable! They keep trying to take this off the trending list. With all these comments and retweets, it should've already been on hot search!"
"Do you really want this news to trend?" Kieran asked.
"Of course! Otherwise, why would I be working so hard?" she muttered, her fingers still flying across her phone.
"It's just a piece of gossip trending. Why go through so much effort?" Kieran said lightly.
"If I don't put in the effort, there's no hope at all," Josephine snapped, slightly annoyed. "You do know trending topics can be bought, right?"
Her words made her pause like she'd just been hit with a wake-up call. Josephine sat up straighter, her cat-like eyes sparkling as she looked at him.
