If she said something now, it might only raise Jeffrey's suspicions.
At least… she decided to wait until everything was confirmed before telling him.
"How about I find an expert to check you out?" Jeffrey suggested.
The "expert" he referred to was, of course, top-notch.
"I've already made an appointment for tomorrow, so there's no need for that. I'll wait until after I see the doctor," Rachel replied.
"Then I'll go with you tomorrow," Jeffrey insisted.
"No, tomorrow isn't a holiday. I can go by myself. It's just a headache consultation, no need for you to come along," Rachel quickly said.
After all, she was planning to discuss her dreams with the doctor, and having him there would make things inconvenient.
His gaze flickered, his long lashes lowering slightly to hide the look in his eyes. "Just be careful. I'll have the driver take you tomorrow."
"Okay," she answered softly.
The next day, Rachel arrived at the hospital's outpatient department right on time.
