As soon as the group left the hospital, they immediately drew attention on the street.
Many villagers enthusiastically stepped forward to offer their congratulations. The news that Hokage-sama had welcomed a newborn quickly spread throughout Konoha.
It could be said that Hatake Ginji had been in the villagers' spotlight from birth.
Kawaki and Tsunade both wore bright smiles, warmly greeting every single villager.
By the time they returned home, their voices were nearly hoarse.
Even so, they didn't complain at all—instead, they seemed to enjoy themselves immensely.
A genuine joy lingered in their hearts, refusing to fade.
"Tsunade, you must be hungry by now."
"I'll go tell the kitchen to prepare something for us to eat."
Natsuki handed Kakashi over to Sakumo before heading toward the kitchen.
"Maybe some carp soup or something similar."
"Forget it, I'll come with you."
Before Tsunade could even respond, Mito followed closely behind.
Although Tsunade was well aware of her own body, she still wanted the kitchen to prepare some dishes that would help with milk production.
After all, breast size and milk supply weren't necessarily related.
"Honestly, words fail me."
Tsunade supported her forehead with one hand—of course she knew exactly what effects carp soup had.
"Oh come on, Grandma's only thinking of what's best for you."
"We'll head back to our room first."
Kawaki thought it sounded fine—if there was too much food, he could always help finish it.
"Mm-hmm."
Tsunade carried Ginji and headed toward the bedroom.
The baby had just been born, and staying out in the wind too long isn't good for him.
"We're coming too!"
Nawaki and his group hadn't gotten a proper look at the baby yet, so they followed them again.
Sakumo didn't join the commotion—he needed to visit the ancestral hall to share this happy news with his parents.
Their two sons now both had heirs.
As for Kakashi, the moment his father let go, he raced forward on his tiny legs.
Back in their room, Tsunade gently placed Ginji into the new baby cradle.
Crafted by Kawaki himself, padded with soft quilts,
it was exquisitely made, clearly showing how much care had been poured into it.
"You can all take a look, just don't make Ginji cry," Tsunade warned gently before stepping aside generously.
Kawaki didn't crowd in either, choosing instead to sit beside Tsunade near the bed.
"Got it!" everyone replied together, then gathered around little Ginji.
Kakashi was too small to push through the crowd.
"I want to see him too! Let me see!"
He could only shout anxiously from behind.
"I'll pick you up."
Misaki turned and scooped Kakashi into her arms, instantly bringing him closer to his younger brother.
"Little brother, I'm your big brother," Kakashi said carefully, still holding back from reaching out.
His sweet, childlike tone was incredibly endearing.
"Ginji's still very young now. Once he grows up a bit, he'll learn to call you 'big brother.'"
Misaki comforted Kakashi, while Nawaki watched with something like dazed admiration.
He truly believed Misaki would become an excellent mother someday.
"Ginji, I'm your senior sister Konan."
"If anyone ever bullies you in the future, just mention Senior Minato's name."
Konan was well aware of her own reputation—her name alone wouldn't carry much weight.
Minato's definitely did.
Still having a childlike heart herself, she couldn't resist poking Ginji's tiny hand with one finger.
Ginji opened his eyes and stared at the purple-haired woman in front of him, clearly captivated by her appearance.
His little hand was still gripping one of Konan's fingers, which made Konan even happier.
"Ginji, I'm your uncle," Nawaki said as he squatted down to get closer.
Unfortunately, it was a classic cold-shoulder treatment—Ginji didn't even look his way.
"Hahahah!"
"You're not winning any points with your nephew, huh!" Minato couldn't resist teasing, standing aside quietly watching the scene unfold.
"Who asked you anyway?" Nawaki glared at Minato before turning back to Ginji.
"Just you wait, kiddo—you'll learn who's boss soon enough."
Perhaps sensing danger, Ginji burst into tears immediately.
"Didn't I tell you guys already?!" Tsunade stood up and scolded them right away.
"Sister, it wasn't me!"
Nawaki practically confessed on his own, while everyone else wore expressions of innocent silence.
"It's definitely you! He's your own nephew—what were you even thinking?"
Without bothering to figure out what actually happened, Tsunade smacked Nawaki's head a couple times.
"Hahahah!"
Everyone laughed heartily seeing Nawaki clutching his head in pain.
"If this happens again, just see how I deal with you!"
Tsunade glared at him fiercely before taking Ginji into her arms.
"There there, sweetie, Mama's here."
"Hmm, why does this feel damp?"
While soothing her beloved son, Tsunade suddenly felt a moist sensation on her hands.
"Did he just wet himself?"
"Someone go fetch a basin of warm water."
Kawaki barked out an order, sending someone scrambling.
"Yes, Teacher."
Nagato is a man of action—he nodded and hurried toward the door.
"Ugh, really…"
As Tsunade loosened the cloth, she found a large soaked-through patch.
"Sister, you misunderstood me this time."
Now Nawaki finally had the guts to confront Tsunade.
"So what if I did misunderstand you?"
"Are you seriously asking for an apology?" Tsunade shot him a death glare, and the courage Nawaki had just gathered vanished instantly.
"No… I just wanted you to know."
Nawaki visibly shrank back, his voice dropping several octaves.
Born under bloodline tyranny—probably no hope of escape in this lifetime.
"He's so small…" Konan blurted out impulsively, whispering to Kushina Misaki beside her.
"You brat, what nonsense are you talking now?" Kushina gave Konan a light smack for blurting that out.
Misaki gave a sidelong glance but stayed quiet.
"Konan Onee-san, what do you mean 'so small'?" Kakashi asked curiously from Misaki's arms.
"Nothing, don't listen to her babbling nonsense." Worried Konan might say something worse, Misaki quickly jumped in, giving Konan a stern look to keep quiet.
"Oh."
Kakashi replied simply. Thankfully, he didn't press further, letting Misaki finally relax.
Otherwise, she wouldn't have known how to explain anyway.
"Where should I put it?"
Not long after, Nagato returned carrying the basin of warm water.
"Just place it on the table," Tsunade casually motioned, then took Ginji over to clean him up.
This chapter isn't over yet—more excitement ahead!

"It hurts~"
Konan covered her head and looked back, only to find Kawaki smirking behind her.
"Don't think I didn't hear that."
"You're a young lady—you should know what words are appropriate and which ones aren't."
Kawaki chuckled as he scolded Konan.
He had taken the cold, aloof onee-san type and turned her into a goofy mess.
"Okay okay, teacher."
Konan pouted, giving him the sad eyes.
"I'm not falling for that."
"Go play somewhere else."
Kawaki saw right through Konan's act with just a glance. Besides, it wasn't like he'd hit her hard to begin with.
"But I was telling the truth, it really is small."
Konan muttered discontentedly.
"Oh?"
Kawaki raised his hand, making Konan flinch back a few steps.
"Well then don't say anything!"
Taking advantage of the situation, Konan hid behind Yahiko, using him as a shield.
"Control her."
Kawaki said to Yahiko with an annoyed tone.
"Sure thing, teacher."
Yahiko nodded, though in reality he was just putting on a show.
He was wrapped around Konan's little finger.
"Hurry up and get covered up so you don't catch a chill."
Kawaki walked over and handed Tsunade some fresh cotton cloth.
"If you pee again, Mama will spank your bottom."
Tsunade gave Ginji's chubby little bottom a gentle pat—it was oddly satisfying.
She then wrapped Ginji up snugly.
After placing him back in the cradle, Ginji dozed off soon after.
