CH829 Movements At The Frontier Stronghold

The Frontier Stronghold experienced the wet season much as it always did—relatively peacefully.
While the Frontier March, under the leadership of Count Skywalker, Alex Fury, prepared to spend the season facing yet another Berserk Beast Tide, the atmosphere within the Frontier Stronghold itself was considerably more relaxed.
From the stronghold proper to the streets of its lower city, Mirador City, an upbeat mood prevailed.
As always, the citizens of both the Frontier Stronghold and Mirador City felt little concern over the approaching Berserk Beast Tide, as confronting it directly had always fallen on the shoulders of the people of the Frontier March within their territory.
However, while the average citizen simply took this arrangement for granted, the Stronghold's upper echelons went a step further.
They considered it their right.
