The silver haired man gently closed another ancient book before a different one slowly floated into his hands.
"The next category are those known as Monarchs and Sovereigns."
The pink haired girl immediately became interested.
"They sound important."
The man smiled faintly.
"They are far more than important."
"They are among the highest classifications an individual existence can obtain."
"They are rulers, not in terms of kingdom or planets, but rather, rulers whose authority can influence countless worlds."
The girl's eyes sparkled.
"So they are like kings?"
The man slowly shook his head.
"Nope"
"A king governs a nation."
"A Monarch governs an authority."
"A Sovereign governs an existence."
"There is an enormous difference."
The girl blinked several times before scratching her cheek awkwardly.
"…I don't understand."
The man chuckled softly.
"I expected as much."
He calmly continued.
