It was a rather special kind of magic if he could know the floor to teleport to. He didn't know where this magic came from, but how it worked was relatively simple.
Now, how was it created? He had seen it activated but had no idea how it worked. That Fabric was... very complex.

In fact, based on his current knowledge alone, it shouldn't be possible to create that Fabric.
It was a fabric that had other fabrics intertwining and wrapping around each other, going towards the middle, crossing the entire Fabric and doing strange things. It was practically a fabric that shouldn't be able to work, plus, if he tried to do it, some Fabrics would interfere with others.
