Becky had heard about being released from Juvenile tomorrow as there was a lot of uncertain evidence and not many people could claim to see cause the fire for the mall despite her admitting to causing fire to the Cybertronian. So after two long months, they decided to do one final questioning before deciding to release her. She was wearing prison clothes (although they looked more like jail clothes) and had asked to adjust it a bit from the usual orange clothes where very faint red stripes were seen on her shirt but it was nothing too major. She sat down on the chair near the table as Zera and another police officer came inside. That was Nathaniel who less strict as compared to the other police officers and is the one who adjusted Becky's clothes very slightly. "You been surprisingly honest about your situation. It seems that your crime had indirectly caused the mall to burst into flames. Most have luckily survived from that encounter." He said looking over the paper with the numbers of injuries and deaths. He looked upwards as he continued to question "As you mentioned before, you had acted out in self defence, is this story still true?" He asked as she nodded and replied with "Yeah I reacted without thought and attacked the robot with the match, I didn't mean to cause so much damage."
"Your sentence is surprisingly short as compared to some of your cellmates around here. 2 months in fact, that's one of the shortest if not the shortest sentence we had so far in this prison." He said as Becky looked away for a moment, that was true, she had heard that while Prisons were more serious with sentences. She heard that Juveniles also go up over a year but because most of the other areas were currently taken up, Nathaniel had to ask for a special condition where Becky could be sorted in and while person who was controlling the prison was uncertain, they decided to make this rare expectation for her since there was two major jailbreaks and the transfers to get to Hightown Launover YOI Prison (where both Juvenile and Adult prisons exist), the lack of inmates and costs had decided for them to get her in this Juvenile which is known for more serious young offenders. "So before we release you tomorrow, we need to ask you a few more questions before we get you out of here." He turned to Zera as both of them got up and went to discuss about Becky who sighed.
After a few minutes, they came inside as Zera was now holding two papers as she looked upwards as Zera placed them on the table and sat down as she looked towards her and stated with her voice being much softer than expected "I'm going to have to ask you a few questions before we send you back to your cell, okay?" Becky nodded at her as Zera flipped the paper and said "First question, what day you came here?" Becky tried to remember but failed and only said "I know that I came here around September but I don't remember what day." Zera just put the month down before she continued to ask "Next thing, do you remember what you carrying in your bag apart from the matches?" Zera asked as Becky remembered what she had carried. It was a couple of clothes she had brought, powdered caffeine and some food. "Well, powdered caffeine, clothes and the matches I brought was for my mother." Becky listed as Zera tapped her pen against the notes. "So did you have any alcohol or drugs?" Becky answered this with "No, they asked me this question before but I only ever take coffee."
"We are just making sure since there could be any changes especially if more is uncovered. We need to be careful of any changes that could result in major changes." Zera clarified as she soon searched for anymore questions. She was surprised to see that there was only one more as she said "This has been much quicker than I expected, one more question and you will be sent back to your cell." She soon asked the final question "Was there anyone there that you know of that has been attacked?" Becky replied "Nope, I only came by myself." After being done Nathaniel came back and grabbed her before moving back to her own prison cell. She entered as the door with the bars shut on her as Nathaniel said "Well looks like your story still seems to match up with what we got. We will call you if you got any evidence." He said as he left and she turned to her inmate who was a boy around 17 which was called Mateo. "Got anything?" And she nodded "Yeah I'm released for tomorrow." He was surprised and sat up "I'm surprised. I never met anyone who had their sentence short. Well I'm getting transferred to the other Juvi in three days since there will be more transfers coming here."
"Wait how many are coming?" She asked sitting down on the rather uncomfortable bed. It wasn't much but it was better than nothing. "I overheard a discussion from the cops, 6-8 in total. They were said to be more troublesome than some of us here." Mateo said as Becky didn't want to imagine how they would be. Reed or R they called him was one of the most troubling here and the fact that someone could be more harmful than him was concerning to say the least. "You got anymore information?" Becky asked. "Yeah, they are coming tomorrow from a rumour told by those girls." Of course, it was the ones who gossip a lot. Those constantly got on Becky's nerves and they were full of themselves, Becky had no trouble handling them but she couldn't get rid of those girls. In fact they reminded her of some of the students in her own school. "I feel like there might be something more our cellmates aren't telling us." She said as Mateo nodded "I had suspected." He simply said. She looked outside seeing some of the other prisoners get in their cells after their questioning.
