Bumblebee and Cliffjumper walked out of the room as Cliffjumper rolled his optics "Seriously, why did we even watch the thing? That was kind of boring in fact." Bumblebee said to him back "I thought it was interesting, especially with the twist at the end. Either way we should get out of here." Bumblebee and Cliffjumper soon began to move out of the main museum as Bumblebee transformed into his car mode same with Cliffjumper who went behind him. Cliffjumper soon grumbled "Seriously the way they revealed the twist was confusing." Bumblebee soon stated "First of all, it was a old movie and second of all I think that belladonna poison twist was interesting." Cliffjumper just rolled his eyes at his answer as Bumblebee could feel his hand in his car mode, it was still a teal blue with bumps all over his fingers. He remembered the feeling of chemical slipping into his hand and it still hurts.
He soon arrived to base, flinching as he transformed while Cliffjumper remained silent. He could feel a sense of dread coming up around him as he tried to calm himself down as Cliffjumper's voice called out "Bee?" Bumblebee turned around snapping out of it as he saw Cliff having furrowed eyes with a little bit of worry. Bumblebee nodded before saying "Yeah I'm fine. I just needed a moment or so." He soon walked inside as Cliffjumper didn't exactly know what was wrong with him. He decided to go his quarters while Bumblebee went to the medical bay to heal himself up as Ratchet was currently trying to figure out how to un-paralyse Silverbolt before seeing Bumblebee and the slash mark on his face. "Bumblebee, what had happened to you?" Ratchet asked as Bumblebee told him the museum thing. "Why are you so careless sometimes? You should have gone to me."
"Can you possibly clean it?" Bumblebee asked as he looked towards him as Ratchet examined the wound "Unfortunately, your wound is infected. But I think I can try to clean it up." Ratchet mused over before grabbing a clean napkin as he began to wipe most of the stuff out of there. Then, he started to clean the large slash that was in his optic as he was done after a good 30 minutes or so. "So how did it go?" Bumblebee questioned again as Ratchet soon answered with "Your wounds should be healed soon. It should take some time." He said as Bumblebee got up feeling slightly uncomfortable as he left. Ratchet looked at the messy clipboards and began to pack them up in boxes. He left them there focusing back on Silverbolt. Bumblebee began to try to breath properly after what he experienced in that building.
He walked until he looked into the mirror seeing his reflection. He wasn't sure what the serum did to him, but his vision seemed to be hazy when looking at himself and there looked to be a glitchy green/purple hue around him. The mirror looked more glassy than usual and it seemed rather foggy. His Blue optics seemed to have a white pupil that wasn't there before. He groaned as his head was dizzy and he seemed to see flash of white shapes for a moment. His vision visibly darkened for a moment or so as it filled with bright white patches. "What in Primus? What am I seeing today? I must be hallucinating." He backed off as it started to become more wrapped, his colours becoming a dark golden and his hand went from teal to dark blue. He heard noises that sounded like scratching on wood. Soon he heard someone speak up loudly by saying "Bumblebee!" Bumblebee turned in surprise thinking he saw Optimus for a moment.
Bumblebee paused as he saw the actual Optimus coming as he paused. He soon noticed his dazed state and caught him "Bumblebee! You okay?" Bumblebee nodded as he said mumbling "I think I have been injected with a serum." But it was so quiet that the leader couldn't hear him. "Speak up, please." Optimus asked as Bumblebee nodded "I been injected by some sort of serum I don't exactly know what type it is. But I been feeling sick for most of the day." Optimus grabbed him up and steadied him as he stated "It must be a Decepticon serum, those are starting to become more common lately. Those are one of the most common ways a Decepticon can take down a Autobot." Optimus looked over him before he considered his answer"Watery optics, flushed cheeks, fever and coughing are all common symptoms of that substance. What is Ratchet doing right now?"
"He's in the Medbay, healing Silverbolt." Bumblebee answered before sitting down on a bench nearby. "Of course, still busy huh?" Optimus said as he remembered their previous conversation and he soon felt a pang in his spark. He soon said "Bumblebee... I want to give a gift. But I don't know where it is, so after the mission I will give you it after I'm done." Bumblebee optics looked a little more hopeful now, Optimus didn't forget! "You want to give me something?" He gently questioned what he was hearing but there was a hint of his old cheer that he thought was tainted due to the war. He nodded as he tried to make light hearted banter after such a serious conservation. He soon said "I think we can maybe get some more stuff from Nicole. Do you want to come later?" Optimus said yes as he registered that the time has passed "I must get going. See you soon Bumblebee." He left afterwards.
Bumblebee waved before seeing Gears coming towards him. "Oh what are you doing here?" Gears looked rather suspiciously before saying "Right, we heard some sort of strange note that seems to have been around here. You heard anything?" Bumblebee soon exclaimed "Hold on! We got a lot of notes, which one are you talking about anyways?" Gears soon replied with "The one with ink!" Ah the inky notes. While very useful made things a lot more complicated as well. "Oh I don't think I seen them. I seen ones in pen ink, not pure ink." Gears just looked angry with that answer "And you couldn't find anything else?" Bumblebee shrugged at what he said "Gears, I think your a little over reactive right now." Gear yelled out at his answers "Of course I'm mad, this just makes me frustrated that people aren't doing anything!"
"Take a chill pill man." Bumblebee said making a 'mocking' gesture which sent the Autobot over the edge. He was stopped by Prowl who was passing by "You, need to calm down." He said sternly to Gears who just sighed. "And you, stop teasing others for your own amusement." He pointed to Bumblebee who stopped speaking. "You two really got to stop pestering each other! You two are teammates not kids." After scolding them both he went away muttering something like "Autobots these days."
"I need to get going. Catch ya later." Bumblebee waved as Gears felt pissed off again.
