AMBER TRACKING EDY & THE TRUTH 🔥
The Night before the incident
Amber drove through the night like a storm in human form.
Her fingers tightened around the steering wheel, knuckles white, eyes cold enough to freeze fire.
In her earpiece, the voice of her informant came through:
Unknown:
"Madam… we found the connection."
Amber:
"Say it."
Her voice was emotionless—dangerously calm.
Unknown:
"Edy Scott.
And her son… Eric Scott."
Amber didn't blink.
Amber:
"Send me the address."
Unknown:
"Yes, ma'am."
As soon as the message came through, Amber pressed her foot down.
The engine roared, matching the fury boiling inside her.
Amber (to herself, low, deadly):
"If it was you, Edy…
I will end you tonight."
The car sped into the darkness.
---
🌑 AT THE SCOTT HOUSE
The door wasn't locked.
Which already told Amber everything she needed to know.
Inside—
it reeked of spilled liquor, old food, and something worse.
A life rotting from the inside.
Edy was passed out on the sofa, bottle in hand, hair messy, eyes red and unfocused.
When Amber stepped inside, Edy squinted, then snarled:
Edy:
"You—!"
She tried to stand but stumbled.
"What the hell are you doing here, Amber?!"
Amber's eyes didn't flinch.
Amber:
"Where is your son?"
Edy burst into laughter—ugly, bitter, broken.
Edy:
"Ohhh he went to kill you!"
She laughed again, then screamed,
"Good riddance!"
Amber's jaw tightened.
Amber:
"Where. Is. He."
Edy staggered up, pointing at her with shaking hands.
Edy:
"In your house!" she spat.
"Where else?!"
Amber's hand immediately reached for her phone.
She was about to call Jonathan—
But she froze.
Amber:
"How old is your son?"
Edy rolled her eyes.
Edy:
"Ten! Why?
Why the hell does that matter?!"
Amber slowly sat down in front of her.
Calm. Too calm.
Amber:
"You sent a ten‑year‑old to kill me."
Edy growled, slamming the bottle on the floor.
Edy:
"My son already made your son fall for him!
Pathetic!
Disgusting boy—"
Before she could finish—
Her words choked.
Her eyes widened.
Blood dripped from the corner of her mouth.
Edy collapsed to the ground, body shaking, breath gone.
Amber didn't move.
She just watched.
Expression unreadable.
Amber (cold whisper):
"Of course.
Even fate doesn't want you alive long enough to answer."
She finally stood up, stepping away from the fallen woman.
Amber's mind was already racing to the Devis mansion.
To Justin.
To Eric.
Amber:
"Jonathan… please be there before I am."
She walked out of the house without looking back.
The door slammed behind her.
And Edy Scott lay motionless on the floor.
