"Yes, Matthew Falcone made the payment at least that's what shows in the system. Maria Falcone, are there any problems?" the lady over the phone asked me with a concerned voice.
I shook my head. "No…no not at all, I'm just very surprised by the news. Hmmm.. Thank you so much and I'll be there for the surgery weekend. I appreciate it." I said and hung up the phone.
As the call was over, I held my chest. "Oh my God! Oh my God," I repeated twice.
This is good news to start the day with. Dad finally did it! He kept his part of the bargain! I was so happy that I swirled around the room like a little girl.
Everything was falling into place and I couldn't be happier. I decided to visit my father and thank him. After I was done with my usual morning duties, I decided to go to Daniel's study before I finally left for my dad's.
