Silence was in this colorless chamber, aside from a few rattling chains from my soul shifting for awhile I was alone but these cruel gods forced me to watch their Gaia grow, I regret deeply, I miss my family..I miss home but I can't speak just observe and listen I watched as years go by these..humans I loved so much learn so quickly and slowly, but so much evil..but that isn't what I should focus on Eos some goddess broke me and my siblings out..why? she carried our souls and dropped us when she got attacked..we fell through this small circle in the floor and into my- our creation Limbo, but why? I have asked myself to many questions then everything went black, it felt warm and welcoming like a mother's embrace I was with my siblings when we heard a voice, a woman's voice spoke from the darkness
"I know who you three are..Eos told me I'll bear you three..but I don't care what gods you are or will become..just know I'll still love you all the same my children.." her voice was so sweet I wanted to cry..to speak or say something but I couldn't at least we wouldn't be alone anymore, and that we weren't trapped in a cold lifeless void anymore
It felt like months passed by and I felt myself grow, when I first appeared into existence I was already grown..but this time, this time feels different and then we started to see a light, we were babies..I saw our mother she was so beautiful..she was my creation a Dracari, she had golden curls but they were brown at her roots, she had beautiful brown eyes but her sclera was gold, her skin was a beautiful sun kissed brown. Her hands were stained gold that faded up to her elbows same with her legs..I don't look like her at all but she bestowed us names I would be called 'Leona' my brother would be 'Titus' and my sister 'Elena' then our father walked in..me and..Titus looked more like our father while Elena was almost an exact copy of our mother, but our father had completely black hair, crystal teal eyes, his sclera was black. His hands were black faded to his elbow, same again with his legs..his skin was as white as snow..he seemed like he was dying in this area of Limbo drenched it sweat..it was funny. We were finally home
As I grew older I learned more, she didn't treat us as her past gods that created her now home instead we were her children..I really enjoyed learning about this place, be free for once. There was even a type of four legged steed that had a skull for a face but then the time came..war came we three were children of the now Queen and King of Limbo and they had retired even though they are immortal..but I can unpack that later on.
I became the one fighting the enemies..well intruders, they weren't exactly good beings only created by a monster to destroy planets..my brother helped fight but also helped with really injured Dracari from bleeding, we might be immortal but that doesn't stop us from 'slumbering' while we heal, then Elena our sister worked on strategies, she knows how to fight if it comes to that but she was more political out of the three of us, and my brother doesn't like ending life forms so I became in charge of the soldiers and after awhile our parents split the lands.
I was the eldest of the three so I had a much larger portion, the snow mountains with the golden trees both reach the skies and the ice oceans, I practiced on holding my breath I've been pretty good at it though I need not to, because I can breath underwater
My brother Titus had got the more humid but a little cold portion of the islands, filled with large blue trees and underground caves, he seems to like living in them, though I always teased him about it.
And lastly the youngest Elena, she got what she wanted actually, the hottest parts of the islands neither me or Titus wanted to have, she teased us for not handling the heat when we were there..kind of overheated and created a huge crater in the middle of her land and she threw me in a portal that led to my ice ocean, Titus laughed but Elena made that crater the spot to build her home.
Our parents made a large area that meets our territories where we host festivals, and train our abilities, that's when we found out all threw of us had gold blood, which was good since our blood helps heal others quicker but other realms would want to use that ability aswell..and not in a good way and that brings me to the council, we had became a part of a council once all three of us became the queens and king of Limbo, though Elena was more up to speed, so Titus usually tagged along..I don't like meetings so I usually train unless it's extremely important and needed a war general's opinion other than that I never met any of the other queens, kings, lords and lady's of other realms it seemed tedious.
Sometimes Elena would want to bring me to scout for a man for me..and that's when she and Titus found out they liked their own gender, Titus got a dragon husband and Elena got a fae wife. Now both my siblings and parents had started to put pressure on me to get married, I mean I have taken in a few lovers here and there but I don't want to feel that type of grief again.
Until my sister lied and got me into a meeting with the future king of the Abyssal realm, they called their kind Daemos.
