He glanced at her.

Doctor: "…." 😶

Noel: "Why does 'teapot' start with T, end with T, and is filled with T?" 😨

The doctor slowly put down his tools.

Doctor: "…Can I ask you something?" 🧐

Noel: "Yes, doctor." 😤

Doctor: "Are you mentally unstable?" 😐

Noel: "Hehe… sorry." 😅

A few minutes later—

Noel: "If I—" 😱

Doctor: "It's over." 😐

Noel: "Huh?" 😶

Doctor: "Within a week, your secondary gender will reveal itself.

Goodbye." 😤

He walked away, exhausted.
