"Father, is he really that powerful?" Rebecca asked, her hands on the edge of the ship, astonished by how easily Kyros was overpowering Diamante. She was surprised that he could use the sword techniques from the sword shadow so skillfully, even after Ikki had told her about them.
"It's all thanks to Captain Ikki," Viola said with a chuckle. "My brother-in-law is much stronger now than he was with two legs." Though she seemed calm, Viola was amazed. She had been sure Kyros would need Balmung's power to defeat Diamante, but it seemed his swordsmanship alone was enough. She didn't know that Kyros was now far beyond Diamante's power level.
"He's so strong. Can I become that strong, too?" Rebecca asked, looking at Ikki with hope in her eyes.
"Ikki, did you really give that man your swordsmanship and your sword, Raiu?" Hina asked, having returned to the ship. "Didn't you want to invite Viola to join your crew?"
"Yeah, Ikki," Sadi-chan added, taking his arm with an expectant look. "He's so strong now. When are you going to train me?" She was eager to get started, especially after seeing Kyros receive Ikki's guidance, the Explorer's seal, and a powerful sword.
"I can invite both Viola and Kyros to join us, Hina. That's not a big deal," Ikki replied, laughing. "As for training you, if you want, I can start training you after Kyros defeats Diamante."
"What?! I can start right away?" Sadi-chan's eyes lit up. She looked excitedly toward the fight. "Damn it, why isn't the battle over yet? What is he doing? He clearly has the advantage!" She was so impatient that she wanted to rejoin the fight just to speed things up.
As if he could read her mind, Kyros, who had been attacking Diamante with a blade crackling with lightning, suddenly stopped and stood still a few meters away.
"Huh? Is it over?" Diamante was stunned by the sudden halt in the attacks. "Haha, just as I thought. Those moves must be very draining. You can't move anymore, can you?" he taunted, but he was slowly backing away, looking for a chance to escape.
"You don't get to decide what I can or can't do," Kyros scoffed. "Diamante, for my next move, you can hide in your cloak like a turtle if you want. I'll cut you and your cloak in half." He crouched, his right hand on the hilt of his sword, taking a new stance. Golden lightning surged from his body, and the air began to vibrate.
"Haha, you really think you can break my defense?" Diamante feigned indifference. "Let's stop fighting, Kyros. How about we just talk?" He then pulled out several cannons from his bag and fired them into the sky.
A cruel smile spread across his face as the sky above Kyros filled with pieces of paper. With a wave of his hand, he used his Flutter-Flutter Fruit, and the papers instantly transformed into sharp iron balls that rained down on Kyros.
"Boring!" Kyros didn't even look up at the falling iron balls. A powerful field of golden lightning erupted from his body, blasting the iron balls away.
"Breath of Thunder, Seventh Form: Flaming Thunder God!"
Boom!
ROAR!!!
Thunder boomed, followed by the fierce roar of a dragon. Kyros lunged forward, his body turning into a golden thunder dragon that shot toward Diamante. In an instant, Kyros was behind him. The iron balls in the sky hadn't even had a chance to fall.
"Huh? So fast! What was that move? No, I need to get away... Wait, why can't I move my body?" Diamante blinked, trying to look down. But he found he could only move his eyes. At that moment, an iron ball struck his head, forcing him to look down.
"My body?! But... why doesn't it have a head? What am I now? Did I... get cut?" Diamante's lips trembled as he realized his life had come to an end.
A system notification appeared before Ikki's eyes.
[Ding! Host's partner Kyros has defeated the Sky Cutting Realm Sword Master Diamante. Congratulations on obtaining the 'Challenge Permission for the Sword Master Diamante of the Sky Cutting Realm' X2.]

'It's a famous sword, just as I thought,' Ikki mused. 'Even though I can only draw once, a lottery win is better than nothing.' He smiled, looking at Kyros, who was limping back toward the ship with Diamante's sword in hand.
Kyros saw Ikki's signal, and with a powerful throw, the "Sunekusodo" streaked through the air and landed in Ikki's hand.
