It's a nice night. The moon is full. The sky is dark. Everything is at peace.
As 42 year old Vick heads off to the land of dreams, he wishes he'd travel to a nice warm place.
Next thing he knows, he wakes up…, except he's not in his bedroom.
He's in some hotel room.
'(The heck happened??)'. Thought Vick confused.
As he gets up out of bed, he begins to feel weak bodied.
'Dang, I need food to regain my energy'. Said Vick trying to stand.
As he walks slowly to find a mirror, he see's he's not himself anymore, but someone else.
'(I guess that's why I feel so weak, I'm Buggy from one piece)'. Thought Vick/Buggy.
As he walks around, he feels his bladder about to explode.
'Damn, I need to pee'. Said Buggy as he walked to the bathroom.
After that, he exits the bathroom and see's someone he never thought he'd meet in person.
'Buggy, there ya are, I was starting to worry'. Said a red haired man.
'("Red hair" Shanks… captain of the red haired pirates, and one of the 4 Yonkos)'. Thought Buggy.
'You seem to be doing well, how's your fever so far?'. Asked Shanks.
'(I better act the part)'. Thought Buggy.
'You worry to much, I feel fine'. Said Buggy acting normal.
'If ya say so Buggy, ya hungry?'. Asked Shanks.
'Do you need to ask a dumb question?'. Asked Buggy as he grabbed two chicken legs.
As the two eat, Buggy thinks to himself.
'(If I'm 14 years old, then it's just a year before the great pirate ere begins. I need to plan ahead before Roger disbands the crew)'. Thought Buggy.
As time passed, Buggy trained his devil fruit powers along with trying out two sword style.
'(I'm getting the hang of using the chop chop fruit. Old Buggy started out in the east blue after Roger's death, I guess he thought it'd be best to stay in the east to gain a reputation or something)'. Thought Buggy.
'(If I'm wanting to be known for my skills as a pirate, I can't stay in the east blue, I think I'll start off in the south blue, at least until I have a big enough bounty. After that, I'm heading to the west blue, and stay there until I'm 18. After I turn 18, I'm going to the grand line)'. Thought Buggy.
Just like that, Shanks came running into the room.
'Buggy!, great news, their back'. Said Shanks.
