Chapter 2 - ACT [2] - Immense Pain

'Monster Kid' walked lifelessly towards Snowdin, the bright light piercing into the cave. Clothes began to materialize around him as his lifeless stare slowly turned back into the giddy and happy expression. Walking down the small village, he greeted everybody with the usual cheery and happy attitude that Monster Kid usually does. Though the walk was cut short as monsters began evacuating snowdin, some screaming and even bumping into other monsters, something serious had happened.

"Run, there's a crazy human on the loose and it's wreaking havoc!" A monster said, "They killed so many, the guardian of the ruins is gone!" This of course intrigued 'Monster Kid' as he went into hiding, looking through the bushes as after an hour or so a silhouette was seen of a small human child holding what looked to be a plastic knife.

'Monster Kid' remained silent, checking their stats from afar which isn't possible outside an encounter. The menu appeared, telling 'Monster Kid' that they had been LV 7. 'Monster Kid' walked between the trees and then made a dash out of the human's view, though the human could see the faint silhouette they were stopped by what looked to be Papyrus, Sans' brother. "MOVE ALONG NOW AND GET TO SAFETY, FOR I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS WILL TAKE CARE OF THE HUMAN!" Papyrus smiled and 'Monster Kid' smiled back, they ran into the waterfall and were ways away from the hotland.

"HALT, HUMAN!" Papyrus said, the human slowly approaching "HEY, QUIT MOVING WHILE I'M TALKING TO YOU!" Papyrus got into his signature pose, though a little more serious. "I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, HAVE SOME THINGS TO SAY!" He pointed at them "FIRST, YOU'RE A FREAKING WEIRDO! NOT ONLY DO YOU NOT LIKE PUZZLES, BUT THE WAY YOU SHAMBLE AROUND FROM PLACE TO PLACE..."

Papyrus' gaze squinted a little "THE WAY YOUR HANDS ARE COVERED IN DUSTY POWDER.. IT FEELS LIKE YOUR LIFE IS GOING DOWN A DANGEROUS PATH!" Papyrus continued the monologuing only to hear a slash noise echo through the vast emptiness of snowdin. Papyrus' body had dusted away and the human continued onwards, leveling up.

'Monster Kid' arrived in hotland, he was greeted by what looked to be an oddly situated post covered in snow? He didn't think much about it but continued making his way to the massive facility in front of him. The massive doors opened up, letting in the hot heat as Alphys turned to look at who it was. She looked full of stress, her worried expression clear, she spoke, stuttering "M-Monster Kid, w-what're you doing here? T-The safezone is in a complete s-separate-"

'Monster Kid' had a skeletal hand rip through the sides, blood was dripping violently down to the metallic floor, the hand grabbed ahold of the face and ripped it off. Not only had Xilian made a copy, but a nearly realistic one, having blood and tissue. Alphys looked frightened. "W-Who are you, y-you aren't M-Monster Kid!" Alphys backed away, looking over her shoulder to find a remote.

Xilian had approached her, the empty, yet realistic skin of Monster Kid laying on the floor, each step was like a wet schluck as there was already a small body of blood on the floor. Alphys tripped over herself but made sure to get up quickly, she grabbed ahold of the remote and pressed it. This activated an emergency alarm within Mettaton, an under confident smirk spreaded over her face "Y-You will now f-face, your m-maker!"

As Mettaton arrived, bursting through the ceiling, he spoke in a robotic voice, he had been in his indestructible form. "Alphys darling, what's the issue, where are yo-" He noticed Xilian grabbing ahold of her, his bone like fingers tightly pressed against the top of her skull. She was shaking, one of her arms stretched out helplessly. "M-M-Mettaton.." The tears stained her lab coat, as a violent scream then echoed through the facility.

Mettaton stared full of dread as Alphys' skull was halfway opened up, her brain matter poking out as it pulsed, her eyes slowly became bloodshot and her legs were shaking uncontrollably, the pain she felt couldn't be uttered by simple words as she continued to let out blood curdling screams.

Her soul was cracking rapidly, being torn apart as a faint purple glow was emitting from under the cloth wrapped around Tyrant Xilians head. Her soul stopped dematerializing halfway as her soul was bound by ethereal chains, not only did they not allow her to die, but the pain she was feeling only kept on growing and growing. She was begging, screaming out "PLEASE STOP THIS PAIN, EVEN THE SLIGHTEST HOT AIR BREEZE HURTS!"

Xilian hadn't given any care to her wellbeing as she let out a low pitched scream, her body moving on her own as it charged straight towards Mettaton in a rabid fashion, parts of her brain falling to the floor. Mettaton fled away, too scared to say or do anything. Xilian watched, letting her crawl around the Lab helplessly in pain.
