When Yuki returned to the Date A Live world, he found that lunch break was already over.
Walking through the corridors, watching the endless stream of students ending their break and returning to their classrooms, Yuki felt a profound sense of peace settle over him. He couldn't help but be moved.
The people busy with their lives had no inkling that a crisis threatening the entire multiverse had just been averted beyond their world.
Their minds were occupied with their immediate lives, work, and studies. Should such a calamity ever descend upon them, they would have no warning, their fragile lives snuffed out in an instant.
For ordinary people, this was a kind of blissful ignorance. They were spared the anxiety, distress, and fear that came with knowing the dangers that lurked.
After briefly reflecting on this, Yuki quickly made his way back to his classroom.
As soon as he entered, Marin Kitagawa hurried over, eager to know how things had gone.
"Yuki-kun! How did it go? Everything alright? Was it resolved?"
"Mhm, of course. When I get involved, just a little bit of effort is enough to fix things."
Looking at the cheerful girl before him, a faint smile appeared on Yuki's face. The sudden, hollow feeling that had come with becoming the fulcrum of the multiverse instantly eased.
'As expected, only beautiful girls can fill the emptiness in my heart!'
Yuki remembered his original intention. His purpose for venturing into the multiverse had always been two-fold: power and beautiful girls.
Hearing Yuki's words, Marin looked surprised.
"Huh? Just a little effort? Yuki-kun, you didn't get into a fight, did you?! That's terrible! Are you hurt? Are you okay?"
Worry instantly clouded Marin's face. She reached out, about to lift his shirt to check for injuries.
At that moment, Origami Tobiichi's hand shot out, grasping Marin's wrist.
"Leave checking Yuki's injuries to me."
"No! I'll do it!"
"No, you can't."
"I can!"
The two instantly began arguing, neither willing to back down, each trying to reach for Yuki's clothes.
"Alright, alright! That's enough! Stop arguing! I'm not hurt!"
Caught in the middle and getting a headache from the two of them, Yuki quickly stopped them, assuring them he was fine.
Seeing Yuki intervene, Marin and Origami reluctantly gave up.
As for what Yuki had been doing earlier, he naturally couldn't tell Marin right now. The information was simply too overwhelming for her current state; it would probably fry her brain.
So, Yuki made up an excuse, which finally eased Marin's worries.
As the bell rang, Marin returned to her seat.
Only then did Origami quietly ask Yuki for details about what he had handled.
Yuki didn't elaborate much, simply stating that there had been a multiversal crisis and he had resolved it.
After listening, a faint, knowing smile touched Origami's lips as she looked at him.
"As expected of Yuki, silently becoming the hero who saves the world."
"Alright, alright, enough flattery."
Yuki ruffled Origami's hair with a light chuckle.
At that moment, Origami took his hand from her head. A peculiar light shimmered in her eyes.
"Not there, Yuki. Right now, you should touch... here."
With that, she slowly guided his hand to a her pussy.
Yuki's face instantly flushed. He quickly glanced around, relieved to find none of the other students had noticed.
"Ahem, Origami... this really isn't the place or time for that."
Yuki hurriedly pulled his hand back, noticing the teacher had already entered the classroom.
Seeing this, a slightly disappointed look flickered across Origami's face, but she soon settled down obediently for class.
The teacher promptly began the lesson.
Meanwhile, Yuki opened his status panel to review the changes.
[Name: Yuki]
[Power Level: Transcendent of All]
[Abilities: Fulcrum of the Multiverse, Charisma Beyond All, One and Only, King of Understanding, Limitless Stamina, Cosmic Heart, I Am Stronger]
[Items: ...]
Among his abilities, a new one called "Fulcrum of the Multiverse" had appeared. It granted him the authority to define, modify, erase, and create any aspect of the multiverse, akin to the power of an author.
Although Yuki had reached the "Transcendent of All" level and was now an omniscient and omnipotent being within the multiverse, he still had many lingering questions.
For instance, the explosion of the Blue Planet and the origin of the system.
While Yuki had analyzed most of the system, when he tried to delve into its ultimate origins, he encountered a barrier.
Appearing in his mind were three graceful, silhouetted figures. Though their forms were shrouded in radiant light, obscuring their faces, his intuition told him they were female—beautiful beyond all description, to an unprecedented and indescribable degree.
The three figures seemed to be smiling at Yuki, as if greeting an old friend they hadn't seen in years. They left only a single phrase—"We love you"—before fading from his mind.
Though the mystery remained unsolved, Yuki still gained something. At the very least, he understood that the system harbored no ill intent. And those three beings on a higher plane meant no harm either. That was enough for now.
Yuki guessed that one day in the future, he would unravel all of this and meet those three again.
After calming his breathing, Yuki opened the chat group. He found everyone discussing his saving of the multiverse and the new Group Owner permissions.
The Vase Leader (Seitenshi): "Yuki, tell us about the Group Owner permissions!"
Nearly Omnipotent (Yuki): "Alright."
Yuki then explained the permissions. Upon hearing about them, everyone found the discount function particularly useful.
Heir to the Dokan Style (Saeko): "Since we can modify the group naming rules, why not change the rule about using codenames? It feels a bit restrictive now."
The Vase Leader (Seitenshi): "I agree! I'm so done with this 'Vase' title!"
The Eternal Queen (Marika): "Hehe, but Seitenshi, given your previous situation, it was quite fitting, wasn't it?"
The Inazuma Shadow warrior (Raiden): "Agree."
Masked Star (Nishino): "After reading about what happened in Seitenshi-san's world... it felt really dark. It wasn't really her fault!"
The Vase Leader (Seitenshi): "See! Little Akane Nishino understands my struggles! (teary-eyed) Good little sister, how about we become adopted sisters? I'll even throw in a photo of Yuki sleeping!"
Masked Star: "Ah, this..."
....
Sitting in her classroom, Akane Nishino was, frankly, tempted by the offer.
Nearly Omnipoten (Yuki)t: "Enough fooling around, 'Vase Leader'. Akane is still a child."
The Vase Leader: "Hehe."
Devourer's Daughter (Galacta): "But according to what you've said, Yuki is still a first-year high school student, just like Akane..."
The Nearly Omnipotent: "Uh... Anyway, let's get back to the topic."
The Nearly Omnipotent: "The name rule should indeed be changed. From now on, everyone's real names will be displayed, and any new members will show their real names directly."
After sending the message, Yuki promptly used his Group Owner privileges to modify the naming rule.

{T/n: Finally, it looks like even the author got fed up with thoese weird nicknames, though I was annoyed way earlier. The good news is that now I won't have to keep editing them into real names anymore 😭}
