In the dimly lit basement of a small house, Valor Kenji sat huddled on the ground, his fingers dancing across the controls of his physio manipulation mechine, as he's screwed the las few knots into the base of the device.
"Sqik... sqik.. sqik..."
The device whirred with an incremantal sounds, truning, one part over the other. Valor stood up, his tall, bright stature unfolding like a majestic spectacle. His clocked black hair cascaded down to his shoulder and his earrings suggesting that of a noble,
He took a deep breath with his hands reaching for the sky.
"Finally,"
He whispered, a sense of anticipation and fulfilment building within him.
With no one around, Valor shed his clothes, preparing for the first test of his invention on his own body. He stepped into a bioconcave still frame, flipping a switch and then turned around to maintain a straight view in front of him without any caution in his actions. The machine began to gather current, just as he had designed, but somehow his results were not accountable for.
Earth 2
Meanwhile, in a parallel earth, a double-ganger of Valor Kenji stood in the center of a spring, concentrating massive aura behind him. His goal was to freeze the entire river behind him, trying to cook an unforseen technique.
Suddenly, a full eclipse occurred in the middle of the day, casting the umbra region directly over the Eldradora kingdom. The young ice magic wielder pressed forward, oblivious to the celestial event, his eyes closed tight like a mother hen about to lay an egg, pushing his strength to his limits.
The moon's presence amplified his aura capacity, transforming his icy aura into quantum entanglement which began to cut into a wormhole that widened as he channeled more energy.
The warm temperature behind him proved that he was not making quite the progress he desired to, frowning in frustration kiato let gravity take a hold of him as he fell backward into the wormhole he had unintentionally created.
Back in the basement, Valor's machine roared to life, enveloping him in a bright blue light within the bioconvical test tube. Loud sounds shot out from his invetion, blowing out all the resistors and surging current through the test tube. Electricity coursed around him like spikes of lightning, and matter condensed into his bloodstream putting him in a brief agony of pain. Unbeknown to Valor, a small dragon formed on his shoulder. As the energy reached its peak, Valor shrunk into the course of space at same day, hour, minute and second simultaneous with his doppelganger's "kiato".
Seconds later, Valor landed in the stream, replacing his doppelganger. He stumbled unbalanced in the stream.
Without hesitation he struggled to get up,
Jumping up his feets, eyes fluttered open as he took in his surroundings.
He found himself in a stream that strictly resembled one he had seen lately but still he noticed some obvious differences.
So many questions ran through his mind,
"What just happened?!"
"How did I get here?!"
"Where am I?"
He muttered in great confusion as his heart pounded against his ribs.
Suddenly valor began hearing the sound of running footsteps approaching from a distance. He quickly adjusted his thinking as he realised he was still naked. Scanning around the environment, he spotted a noble atire by the shore of the stream and quickly reacted,
dashing toward the noble attire as he quickly dressed up.
Just as he adjusted his belt, a group of knights, led by a blue-frost-haired knight, approached him.
"Lord kiato..."
the knight said as his group bowed in unison.
"My lord, your father seeks your immediate presence at the Kenji residence."
Valor quickly masked his confusion from his tune and replied with a soft, friendly voice,
"Go, I'll be there in few minutes."
The knights departed from him just as he had ordered leaving Kaito to ponder his new identity.
"So my new name is kiato and I regain my nobility",
he taught to himself as he began to gain a few insight to what had occured, he finally paid attention to the dragon on his shoulder,
"What could this be", he mummured to himself, but his actions towards it were neither of fear or disgust.
As he slowly walked through the forest which looked partially similar to that of his planet everything began to become more clear to him bit by bit.
"At the Kenji residence"
Kaito pushed open the large door of the mansion,and tears welling up in his eyes as his sight brought up so many treasured and traumatic moments back to his remembrance, the mansion a complete copy of his once possessed mansion on his native planet,the frames on the wall made his emotions surged high.
Just then his fathers message rang up in his head, he manned up, wiping off his tears and and approached his father who sat in a conner at the far end of the mansion.
On seeing him Gundrick gave a quick and curious reaction,
"What's that on your shoulder?"
Gundrick Kenji asked, pointing toward the small dragon.
Kaito smiled,
"It formed during training today. I still haven't been able to talk to it."
Gundrick's expression turned thoughtful while he handed Kaito a letter.
"This came from the Gallus Blade Academy."
As Kaito read the letter, his expression turned determined.
"I would not disappoint you, Father,"
he said, bowing on one knee. Gundrick patted his head,
"You have two weeks to prepare. Use the first week to train yourself, and I'll train you through the second week."
Kaito gave a sign of gratitude and headed to his room.
Upon entering his room, Kaito's gaze fell upon a book on the table next to his royal bed. It was his doppelganger's diary. Kaito read the book in curiosity, gaining insight into his new life. He sat at the edge of his bed, and tears rolling down his sheak, As he greatfully embraced the second chance chance life had given him to cave his destiny into his dream of becoming a magic knight. Renewing determination sank through his head as he clenched his fist,
"I will be become strong to protect my family".
