Silvan roused when the bright rays of the morning sun fell against him. He had gone to bed the night before with the canopy drapes and the lattice balcony doors open.

He sat up, disoriented for a few moments. He didn't quite remember getting in bed, it didn't help that he glanced down and found that he had foregone a shirt.

His tan skin shone healthily in the morning sun, already putting on weight to cover the sickly gauntness he brought from his own country.

Silvan knew that Alessio would be far from awake, especially with the kind of day that had been had the day before, but that didn't stop him from cleaning up and getting dressed, heading right for his door.

He opened it to find Queen Nadia standing on the other side, she seemed like she had been about to lift a hand to knock.

"Good morning, Your Majesty," Silvan greeted politely but he was distracted, his attention on Alessio's door.

"Good morning, Silvan. I hope you woke without aches?" Nadia smiled benignly.
