"Go and get some rest. You have been yawning nonstop at this point," Ryder teased, "the professor will assume I have been bullying you."
Lillian carefully micro-pipetted the reagent, and once she was done adding it, she replied, "Let me run it through the PCR. I can take a rest after that."
Ryder nodded.
"Alright, do that then."
After Lillian finished placing the DNA extract in the PCR, Ryder and her senior lab mates pushed her out of the lab, saying she would wear herself like that.
Lillian stretched her arms helplessly once she walked out of the laboratory.
As she was about to walk out of the campus, Eva's voice halted her in her steps.
"Are you walking with Professor Arnold, Lily?" asked Eva.
Lillian wasn't surprised Eva knew about this. Given her focus on Lillian, it would be a matter of time since she knew.
