"Eva, why are you even bothering with an ungrateful white wolf like her?" Stacey's voice came next.
The girl came over and grabbed onto Eva's hand. She snarkily added, "Don't think that no one knows the truth that you can act proudly. I am aware that you're the fake daughter, and Eva is the real one. If I were you, I would be too ashamed and kill myself."
"Idiots," Lillian muttered, about to walk out of there.
Simply because they liked to act out a drama in public didn't mean she held the preference for it as well.
However, as Lillian was walking away, Eva's loud voice came, "Lily, Professor Mike brought me here. I know how much you admire him. Why don't you come over to greet him? I will put in a couple of good words for you. Maybe then he will accept you as his student as well."
Lillian wasn't allowed to ignore her words when Eva grabbed her hand tightly, pulling her along. As she struggled against her grip, Lillian frowned at her strength.
