"The decision is to yourself. Maybe, you might think it is glorious to stay away from Xu Family and not step into their mess, but remember, you own rights to the Xu Family as much as Ethan does," Lillian explained.
After a moment of silence, her eyes darkened, and she uttered, "Why should children pay for mistakes made by adults?"
Why should she be asked to feel guilty for taking Eva's position? Why was she made to bow her head over and over again when she happened to be just as innocent as Eva?
Sebastian extended his hand, pressing down on Lillian's head and then patting it.
"Kid, are you trying to give me life lessons now?" Sebastian questioned.
