"Where were you yesterday night?"
"Home."
"What were you doing?"
"Sleeping."
"Any alibis?"
"None."
In Hyerin's cramped apartment, two older gentlemen dressed in suits were sitting across from Averie and the girls.
"So," one of the detectives, Alex Lee, continued, "it came to our attention that, about three days ago, you looked up a few keywords related to Loret Entertainment and its past. Is that not right?"
They observed Averie, hoping for a reaction. But the devilish man simply flashed them a smile.
"You looked into my search history already? That's not very nice of you, detectives. If anything unrelated to this investigation leaks out, your department will have a lawsuit on its hands. I'd advise you to be very careful."
Alex Lee cleared his throat. "We'll keep that in mind."
He handed Averie a paper. It contained a list of keywords that Averie had looked up in the last week.
"Would you mind explaining why you were looking into Loret Entertainment?"
