Chapter 136 - Setting Sail

The seaside Hanhai city carried with it a crisp freshness, the salty breeze rolling in from the ocean and filling the streets with vitality.

It was the kind of place that instantly washed away travel-worn fatigue, a perfect haven for rest or leisure. Colorful attractions lined every street, while the lively chatter of locals and travelers alike filled the air, giving the city a vibrant, refreshing pulse.

"Wow, Tang Yin, this place is amazing! How about we stay here for a few days before continuing our journey?" Rongrong spun in front of him, her bright eyes full of pleading.

Tang Yin's lips curved into a faint smile as a thought flickered through his mind, 'Once I ascend to Godhood, I'll see to it that both the Tang Sect and Lanba Academy are relocated here. A city like this… it deserves to stand as our home.'

He chuckled softly as he glanced around.

The others, too, were clearly captivated by the city's vibrant energy, their smiles as radiant as the sunlit waves. Without hesitation, Tang Yin rented a seaside villa for them, the sound of waves crashing just beyond their windows.

For now, he chose to set aside burdens and planning—opting instead to spend a stretch of peaceful, precious time with his lovers in this bright, ocean-kissed paradise.

Two weeks later.

This was the longest stretch of relaxation Tang Yin had enjoyed since transmigrating into this world. Lounging back with a lazy stretch, he let out a content sigh.

His gaze, however, quickly wandered—and lingered—on the beautiful sight before him: twin mountain peaks wrapped in thin fabric, a view that made his throat dry and his thoughts wander.

At the moment, everyone was sunbathing, their graceful figures basking under the warm seaside sun. Each curve, each silhouette, seemed sculpted differently, yet equally captivating under the sunlight.

Tang Yin allowed himself the indulgence of drinking it all in, committing every alluring detail to memory like treasures of their own.

"I have a dream… I have a dream that one day I'll climb every one of these peaks, reaching their summits and savoring them all to myself. I have a dream that one day I'll conquer all of these peaks at record speed, leaving no peak unconquered. I have a dream that one day each and every peak will tremble and melt into sublime bliss beneath me…"

Tang Yin's monologue ran on endlessly, his imagination scaling ever higher as he gazed dreamily at the sun-kissed curves before him.

That evening, Tang Yin brought his lovers to the prestigious Hanhai Auction House, a place where wealth and rare treasures flowed like the endless tide of the ocean.

According to the intelligence he had gathered, there would be a particular traveling-type soul tool on display—one that, strangely enough, had remained unsold. Its name was also very domineering—Dragon Abyss Boat.

Is this the will of the world… or the meddling of the Asura God? Tang Yin mused. Even In the original story, this soul tool—priced at only ten thousand gold coins—was left to gather dust, despite being a fine piece for travel.

As the auction progressed, Tang Yin raised his hand and calmly bid on two pieces of Whale Rubber, each more than ten thousand years.

Almost instantly, a murmur swept through a section of the hall. Several well-dressed ladies exchanged knowing looks, their lips curling into sly smiles hearing the youthful voice.

"Whale Rubber…?" one of them whispered with a giggle. "Oh my, looks like someone needs a little help in bed. So young… and already needing it before my husband does."

"Ten thousand years old at that," another added mockingly, covering her mouth as she laughed. "No wonder he's buying so much—poor thing must be desperate."

Their hushed laughter spread, drawing a ripple of amused glances in his direction. A few bold women, captivated by his striking appearance, gasped softly as they leaned in, their voices laced with playful flirtation.

"Don't worry, darling… even if you needed one, I wouldn't complain. Your face alone would be enough to satisfy me. What do you say?"

Tang Yin's lips twitched at their insinuations. For once, words seemed to fail him, and all he could do was let out a helpless sigh, a faint wry smile tugging at his lips.

'All these ignorant fools… they think this Whale Rubber is merely an aphrodisiac. Well, they're right—but if they knew its true purpose, there would be bloodshed over a single piece.'

Beside him, his lovers finally broke into silver laughter, their soft voices teasingly musical. Rongrong leaned closer, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Brother Yin, I didn't know you had such… weaknesses. Should we test that later at my place?"

Her words sent a shiver down Tang Yin's spine, making him feel as if he were on the verge of committing a crime—the kind that would have the FBI knocking on his door if he were back on earth.

Even Zhuqing's lips curved ever so slightly, while Yiran and Yan covered their laughter with delicate hands. Erlong and Yuehua exchanged an amused glance, while Dugu Yan laughed the hardest beside a blushing Lingling, who had experienced the effect firsthand.

Tang Yin rubbed his forehead, resigned. Enduring the mockery of strangers is one thing—but enduring the teasing of my own lovers might just be the true trial of the Asura God.

Let the ignorant mock—No teasing could ever distract him from securing valuable treasures that would shape the Tang Sect's future on this continent. He had grand plans for the Sect—unlike Tang San—and those plans would even involve many of the Body Sect's powerhouses.

When the auction drew to a close, the Dragon Abyss Boat came up for bidding once more. With calm precision, Tang Yin placed his bid—and secured it for only 10,000 gold coins.

The Next Day

At Hanhai Port, Tang Yin arrived alongside his lovers, scanning the bustling harbor for the pirate linked to the Purple Pearl Pirates as he subtly released his telepathy.

He knew of only one ship that traveled to Sea God Island, and that was exactly what he was searching for.

Hmm… Tang Yin's senses tingled, alerting him to a lone presence. He turned toward a sizable ship, its hull reinforced with iron shields. A faint smirk curved his lips as he led his companions toward it.

"Found you. Haider—the captain of the Sea Devil," Tang Yin muttered, observing the old man now showing off acrobatic tricks in a bid for attention. One glance was enough to sense the shrewd, cunning nature of this pirate.

"Beautiful ladies and handsome gentleman, welcome aboard the Sea Devil! I am Haider, captain of this crew," the man said, eyes flicking toward Tang Yin, who strode forward and produced a thick pouch of gold coins.

"Hello, Captain Haider. I'm Tang Yin, and these are my companions. We wish to travel to Haishen Island. Here's the map," he said, handing it over with a knowing smile.

Haider's eyes glittered with interest as they swept over his customer's storage tools. Tang Yin noticed the greed in them but he remained unfazed—dealing with this man was effortless.

"Happy to provide my service. Please, follow me aboard," Haider replied, gesturing for them to come forward. Tang Yin complied, his lovers following closely behind.

'Let's see how long you can keep up your act, Haider. Any thoughts towards my lovers and you'll regret it,' Tang Yin thought inwardly, his gaze sharp and calculating.

"Beside me, there is one staff captain and six crewmates aboard the Sea Devil," Haider added with a flourish. At his clap, the ship's sails unfurled, and the vessel set sail, cutting smoothly through the harbor waters.
