🌍 The Nature of the Story World
The Story World is vast and ever-expanding — a realm born from countless narratives colliding and intertwining. It's divided into different kinds of spaces:

🏙️ Territories, the living regions where Players, Reciters, Readers, and countless species reside.
Among these, the most influential are the 13 Great Territories, each ruled by powerful factions — not necessarily the strongest in existence, but each a cornerstone of civilization in the Story World.
☁️ The White Clouds — Haven of Readers

Nature: Floating archipelago of skylands and citadels

The White Clouds is a dreamlike region suspended high above the horizon — an endless stretch of pure white cloudlands where ivory towers and crystal spires rise into the mist. Streets shimmer with soft light, tea houses float on drifting platforms, and the air always smells faintly of sweet fluffy cloud candy 🍬.
It is a sanctuary for Readers, those who once came from the Reader World. While many other regions discriminate against them for their origins, the White Clouds welcomes all — especially those seeking peace, study, or a place to build stories anew.
Here, conversations about Fragments, Storylines, and Cores fill the air as much as laughter and the chime of teacups.

🌒 Dark Town — City of Guilds and Steam
Ruler / Faction: ⚙️ The Council of Eight, including representatives like the [Gold Emperor], [Dragon King], and [Last Emperor]
Nature: Endless steampunk metropolis under an eternal twilight
Vibe: Industrial, revolutionary, ambitious
Despite its name, Dark Town is not small — it spans multiple continents, rivaling the White Clouds in sheer scale. Its skies are always dim, painted in tones of brass and shadow. Giant clockwork towers chime across the skyline, and airships drift among smog-lit streets.
This is the beating heart of Story Guilds — where ambitious Players gather to form teams, accept Fragment challenges, and forge legends together. It's also a place of invention and rebellion, strongly influenced by concepts brought by Readers: steampunk machines, Victorian fashion, and even the revolutionary ideals once seen in old Earth tales.
Ruled by the Council of Eight, one of the most respected powers in the Story World, Dark Town stands as both a center of innovation and a symbol of ambition.

⚫ Black District — Dungeon of Depths

Nature: Underground labyrinth and wasteland surface
Vibe: Ominous, mysterious, perilous
The Black District is a sprawling, decayed expanse — its surface rotting, filled with traps and ruins from forgotten civilizations. Beneath it lies an endless dungeon, floor after floor descending into the unknown. Even Z Rankers struggle to explore its deepest levels.
The ruling faction, the CEM Hunters, specialize in eliminating the Concept Eating Monsters (CEMs) — entities capable of consuming ideas, memories, and even the essence of stories.
The Black District is infamous for two things:
Its massive prison, built on the Seventh Floor, said to stretch infinitely.
And the innovations born here — such as the Story Book System, created by the Z Ranker known as [Library of Power], which changed the way Players acquire and trade abilities forever.
